The ingredients are reasonable, but some ingredients are at the effective dose like selenium and biotin, but collagen peptides for example is at 200mg when the effective daily dose is between 2.5 and 15 grams and for percent daily value it is listed as an asterisk, so not established.The capsules are slim and largely scentless, easy to swallow. Take two of them once a day preferably with a meal.The bottle said the product was third party tested and manufactured in a GMP, so it should be safe to use. It warns that some people should check with a doctor before taking this. There’s 120 capsules so about two months of product. It will likely take longer to really see results but the ingredients seem reasonable and are described in articles to be responsible for improved hair, skin and nails. Be prepared to wait quite a while to see if taking the supplement improved things. You should probably keep a diary/log to notice changes.

Made in the USA but value is not great
I have added this to my supplement stack and found it to be on par with the big name brand collagen that i have been taking. I don’t really notive any difference but that isn’t necessarily a detractor.However, the issue I do have is with value. At forty bucks for 120 capsules, I think that’s 100% too steep to ask.I appreciate that it’s made in the United States and I don’t really have any problems with quality, but it’s just a hard pill to swallow even if the pill itself is easy to swallow.

I’m a big fan of collagen and peptides. I have a powder I put in my coffee every morning. What attracted me to try these pills. Is that they not only have the collagen and peptides. They also have other great ingredients like. Hyaluronic acid, vitamins A, B5, B6, C, E and zinc. You can’t go wrong with having ingredients you should take. The capsules are not large. So they’re easy to take. No funny after taste. Made in the US. 3RD party testing and manufactured in a GMP laboratory. I’ve been taking them for about a month. I have seen some results with improvements with my skin. Like most things. You need to take them for a few months to really start seeing results. I definitely think these are worth taking for a few months to see how they works for you. Having 120 capsules per bottle gives you two months to test them out.
