    Sleep deeper

    Good taste, good texture, good value, good results.After about a week have noticed being able to sleep later and be more refreshed.I have chronic Fatigue and this doesn’t magically make it disappear, but it does seem to provide another layer of improvement.I would like to think that someone that doesn’t have chronic Fatigue would see even better results.No negative impacts.Definitely think it’s worth trying.

    Okay, so I decided to give these a try after learning about ashwagandha and a few other ingredients in these gummies. I’m glad I did. For 15 years I have had problems with picking at my skin and nails to the point where it has effected my life. Some days I would spend hours doing it. Nothing I tried helped me to stop, I thought there was nothing that could be done. Since I’ve been taking these gummies, my urge to pick has decreased about at least 90% I’d say. I’m amazed and SO thankful. This was a completely unexpected benifit from these gummies. They haven’t disappointed.Other than the unexpected benefit, I would say they do as they’re advertised to do. I have noticed a difference in mood and anxiousness. I’m definitely more relaxed without feeling foggy. Plus, the flavor is delicious.

    Inconsistent in texture

    This is a great product and I’ve been using it a long time however, every bottle is different in texture, flavor, smell, and taste. The most recent order was hard and full of powder with almost no flavor. Makes me think there is a quality issue. I will keep ordering because it does work, I just wish it was the same every time.

    it works for me!

    i took one dose and found it made me sleepy so i started taking them at night and it definitely helped with my sleep for the first week or two. within that time frame (probably just adjusting and getting in my system), it definitely felt like my emotions were not existent, my thoughts were little to none and anything could’ve happened to me and i would’ve just shrugged it off and laugh. but then after about 3-4 weeks, i couldn’t believe the changes. (this sounds like a promotional review but it’s not lol) i’ve never had a supplement ever really do much but i found myself with significantly less anxiety and oddly for me, happy 🙂 i’m almost done with my second bottle and i’m gonna keep getting them cause it works for me! on a side note, i always take with food cause i didn’t once and i was so nauseous, just a heads up

    Sleep like a baby!!!

    For some reason, ever since I started taking these I’ve always only took them at nighttime. I see other reviews say how they help them during the day time with mood/anxiety. I will try that next time because I only take these for sleep. They make me sleep soooo good! I take 2 right before bed and I’m out all night. They work just like melatonin, actually I think they’re better. These take about 15-20 mins to actually kick in and put me to sleep. I just finished the bottle definitely ordering more! And they taste great! The pepper isn’t too overwhelming, I actually like a little kick 🙂

    Pleasantly surprised with this product. It doesn’t seem to help me get to sleep, but once I get to sleep I sleep much more soundly and with fewer interruptions. Taste is good, texture is good.

    These work pretty good. Had to cut the dose in half. But they work great. Doesn’t taste to bad either. Sleep good. You still have energy off of half of one. A whole made me sleepy. But everyone is different.
