As dúvidas que mais recebemos sobre compra, prazo e impostos.
O produto é original?
Sim — original, novo e lacrado.
- 1 a 3 dias úteis — transporte internacional EUA → Brasil

It’s not like P90X, it’s like Rushfit – UPDATE
*****Update:I finished this program.I tracked my weight and body-fat content weekly. From my data the following is clear: I reached a plateau after 60 days. For the first 50 or so days my body fat content was consistently getting less and less (at the same rate it did with P90X).After 60 days it stabilized and then things started turning around – I gained fat during the last 30 days.Based on this I would recommend following the program for 60 days and then doing something else.As far as comparing this to P90X, here’s my take on it now:Supreme 90 is great to prepare you for P90X, or to maintain your P90X results (maybe even improve on them a bit – for the first 60 days at least). It is not a P90X substitute.Still the workouts are GREAT. And even though I may never do the entire 90 day program again, I can see myself incorporating most (if not all) the DVD’s in my future workout regimes. They really are excellent – especially if you’re short on time…End of Update******If you liked Rushfit, you will love this one too. Lots of functional training, shortish (<45 minutes) workouts.Over the past several months I've completed P90X twice, with Rushfit the filling in this P90X sandwich. My main problem with P90X is the length of the routines. It's an excellent program, but I just don't have the time for 75 to 90 minute workouts 6x a week.I did Rushfit, and I thought it was awesome. I really liked the functional training aspect, and the shorter workouts. Now, if you can imagine Rushfit with heavier weights, and an even faster pace (less rest) - that's about what Supreme 90 is like. You obviously can go at your own pace, so don't let that put you off. I can easily see a beginner doing Supreme90 with lower weights and slower pace.Me, I see myself as pretty fit. I can blast through P90X Plyometrics (or P90X+ IntervalX) and still pretty much stand upright afterwards. But, I tell you, this program has a workout called "Tabata Inferno" (really just interval training) that blew me away and turned my entire body to Jello. This workout alone is worth the price of the entire set, plus some.As far as the production quality is concerned - I think it's pretty good. About same quality as Rushfit (not as good as P90X, but better than P90X+). I would really have liked to see a "time remaining" timer like P90X has, but that's my only complaint (and really there's no time to look at the clock if you're bringing it anyway). The presenter is a dead-ringer for Michael Scott from the office (at least on my little TV he is)...and I keep on expecting him to throw a "That's what she said!" in there...Overall I think he does a very good job - not Tony Horton like, or trying to be like Tony. More like the Rushfit coach - professional and to the point, with good style pointers.I'm pretty sure even the most ardent P90X fans need some variety (you can only take MC so far with a single program). I would highly recommend this program (and Rushfit) to them. For newbies: Start with this, it's cheaper and the workouts are shorter. You won't be wasting your time. I think the chances of a coach potato sticking with this program is larger than said potato sticking with P90X. But P90X is still the ultimate - when you finish Supreme90, do P90X!Oh, yes, before I forget. There's no Yoga or stretch routine. I'd recommend doing some stretches (like P90X StretchX or Rushfit's Stretch routine...there are probably hundreds of others out there) on the "rest" days.

Awesome – I’m beginning to see abs
Like many people I was intrigued with P90X. I considered getting that program but I was a little leery for two reasons. First, I am the mom of 2 teenagers and the time commitment was daunting. Secondly, some of the exercises (like pullups) looked too hard for me. When I read about this program in a Fitness magazine, I rushed to see the Amazon reviews and I must add my accolades to the crowd. I’ve been doing this program for about 3 weeks now and I already see a difference in overall definition. I recently lost about 10 lbs through mostly diet. You could never see my definition partly because of the layer of fat covering my muscles. I am a regular exerciser and was one of these people who thought, “I guess I don’t sweat”. Wrong! I was not working out hard enough before, and not in the right way. The circuit exercises are very effective. These workouts are challenging but doable for the most part. There are only a couple of exercises thus far I cannot do, and I am easily able to modify them. (the “clapping pushup” for example, I just do a regular pushup.) And I am in my late 50’s! These workouts leave you energized at the end. I cannot say enough good things about this program – the price is unbelievable for the quality. As others have mentioned, the packaging is flimsy, but you can always buy DVD covers. You can definitely change this workout to fit your particular needs. If you are really buff like the people in the DVD, you can up your weights. If you are a beginner, do less, use less weights or even no weights. This is the real deal – the workouts go fast and I am not bored.UPDATE – September 25, 2012 – I’m at the end of my third go-around on this program, and it still rocks. It speaks well of a program that I have kept up with this over a year. Just keep following Tom’s advice and do what you can 100%. I am doing the “clapping pushups” on my knees, but I’m doing them. The ultimate ball workout used to be a joke (I could barely do some of the exercises) and now it it one of my favorites. I even work through the “rests” on that DVD. I’m pushing 60 and I feel stronger, wear a size 2 (down from a 6) dress and everyone says I look toned. Just get it and do it now – you’ll be happy you did.

Be ready to push pause!
All in all, it’s a good WORKOUT, but, keep your remote close by because if you can’t keep up with the people on the video, you will need to push pause just to finish out your reps and keep good form. They move through quite fast and unless you are experienced, you will be lost. They also don’t really show you what good form is but since I’ve been working out for quite awhile, I pretty much knew what the form would be for each exercise. But if you are able to keep track of your reps while the video is paused, and keep good form, then this might not bother you that much. I’ve had better, but it does make you sweat, and I feel sore the next day! This is just my personal opinion

great value
I am an advanced exerciser (Cathe Friedrich dominates my fitness library) and I came across this product while researching workouts by BeachBody, and was pretty quick to buy it considering the price. For $20 you get 10 dvds, a nutrition guide and a calendar so you know which workouts to do every day. That is an insanely good deal! The dvds you get include:-Chest & Back-Shoulders & Arms (this includes biceps and triceps)-Legs-Back & Bi’s-Chest, Shoulders & Tri’s-Total Body (not as thorough as I would have expected)-Core Dynamics-Ultimate Ball (core workout)-Cardio Challenge-Tabata Inferno (cardio)You basically do 1 dvd per day, 6 days per week. You get 1 rest day, and the rotation changes a bit every few weeks.A few cons: the packaging is pretty flimsy; I ended up tossing it out and putting the dvds in separate sleeves. Re: the workout itself, it’s very much a personal trainer-style format, meaning, the instructor spends most of the time talking/explaining moves and walking around while others do the workout, rather than doing it himself. This may not be a thing for some people, but personally I like instructor/class formats where they’re working out with everyone else. There’s also not a whole lot of emphasis on form, so I recommend keeping a close eye on the participants and watching their form if you’re new to some of these moves.Overall though, I think these dvds are very good quality. They’re very well-made and the workouts are challenging, provided you choose the right weights for yourself, which in the end is the most important thing. The core dvds (Core Dynamics and Ultimate Ball) are my favorites, and I love how challenging Tabata Inferno is. While I’m not terribly impressed with the weightlifting dvds (they’re not bad at all, just not anything extraordinary) I did come across a few new moves that I had never tried before, and that’s saying something because I work in the fitness industry! :)I can’t say much about the nutritional guide because I haven’t been following it. That said, while still maintaining my regular eating habits but following the workout program strictly, my weight has been about the same (not really trying to lose weight though) and my muscle mass seems to be about the same as well (already pretty toned to begin with); however I’ve noticed some difference in my abs, which I’m happy about. Tom Holland (the trainer/instructor) does abs in pretty much every dvd which I think is great, and is probably why I’ve seen such a difference. I do think though that if I had followed the nutritional guide, I would have seen additional differenceWith all that said, I would definitely recommend this dvd set. It’s cheap, and if you only end up liking 2 or 3 dvds of the 10 that you get, you’ll still have gotten your money’s worth. It’s challenging, and like I said, a workout that actually challenges you is important. Finally, as a busy grad student, this dvd set has been great for me because the workouts aren’t super long (40 minutes on average…) and it allowed me to take a break from all the workout planning and hitting the gym every single day. It’s been nice to just look at my calendar to see what dvd I’m supposed to do, pop it in and be done in less than an hour.Hope this review helped for anyone who’s on the fence about this product!

Effective, efficient workout for EXCELLENT RESULTS!
I completed this workout this morning; I did all 90 days of it. It took me longer than 90 days but I completed all of the workouts. The workout has been comprehensively broken down in other reviews, so I won’t do that but I will say that the different workouts and “muscle-confusion” philosophy was really effective for me. Even though I was doing this pretty much daily, I still had soreness often because I would work out a part of my body so hard and then move to a different area the next day. As soon as I’d recover and not feel sore, it was time to repeat the soreness-inducing workout again. I loved it because I KNEW my body was changing the entire time, I could feel it. I made sure to push myself as hard as I could, both with the weights and with endurance, and it really paid off for me. I should add that I didn’t follow the diet plan included, because my diet is very clean and was already balanced, with the exception of my one day a week I take off as my fun day (I can eat what I want without being as cognizant of it’s value). Before starting I took pictures and measurements, and I did the same again today. I lost a total of 9.75 inches off my body from head to toe, and a total of 8 pounds, the most weight I’ve ever dropped through a workout program. I am 5′ 7″ tall, and my weight started at 129 pounds, which I was happy with (my goal was to tone). I have been working out for about 7 years, running along with doing other workouts like yoga, all the Jillian Michaels DVDs, Chalean Extreme (completed 2x, great results but not like these!), Brazil Butt Lift (my least favorite of all workouts), & Jackie Warner DVDs. Chalean was the only other one to provide as dramatic of results. I was in good shape before this series, but am really surprised about how I look and feel after it. I have not looked this fantastic since I was in high school-I dropped a full size and toned up my whole body.Yes the packaging is cheap and the actors/models have flaws but I didn’t buy it for those things. I bought it for the actual workout and to achieve results, and I have definitely gotten my money out if it. I will certainly repeat this 90-day program, because it not only works but I enjoyed doing it along the way. It didn’t over-stress my joints, wasn’t overly-complicated as far as choreography and sequencing goes, didn’t take an hour or more to do each day, and it WORKS!! Thanks Supreme 90 Day!!!

Great Value, Good Workout!
Being a mom of two young children, my time to workout is spread very thin. Obviously I want to get the most bang for my buck. This means that programs like p90x are not for me. I’d love to spend 60-90 minutes of time just on my workout, but that isn’t happening anytime soon in my life! For that reason I decided to order Supreme 90. I’ve been a fan of Jillian Michaels workout DVDs for quite some time. I like the format and they are pretty challenging. However, my husband has started working out at home and he got a little tired of them, especially when she would yell out – keep moving ladies! for the 20th time in 20 minutes :)Here is my review of this DVD set so far:Delivery time was accurate and the product was actually packaged nicely, compared to what I would expect for such a bargain price. I assumed that this would be extremely poor production quality and maybe even very cheesy, but I figured that I could give it a chance for the price. It turns out that the workouts are actually nicely done. They are realistic and I like the style of the moderator. He gives encouragement and motivates you while allowing you to go at your own pace. Some reviewers said the the DVD is a little too fast paced. I found it to be moderately fast, but not too fast to keep up with. I suppose the fast pace also gives you something to strive to live up to.I’ve only completed a few of the workout DVDs – chest and back and the ultimate ball, but already I have found them to be enjoyable and challenging. Both my husband and I were very sore after the first day, which is usually a good sign.I’m happy someone created an affordable 90 day program that is an alternative for those of us who have a tight schedule and would like to try a muscle confusion workout program. The food plan was sparse, but more than adequate for my needs. It is basic clean eating principals and gave some easy, quick ideas for meals I will try. I think to round this out you could buy some additional books about clean eating and you would have a complete package. I already own quite a few so I didn’t need to worry about that part.Overall I think this system will be a great addition to our workout DVD collection!

Great workout for the experienced home video user
I have several workouts from Beachbody.com. There are many similarities between this program and the Tony Horton routines. I also enjoy Taebo routines occassionally and several others that are not dance routines. This white girl can’t dance. This should not be your very first workout at home, but it will be worth giving it a chance.I also want to say that I have been doing this program for a month now and I have improved my strength and flattened my belly. I have not been doing the diet, but I’m not much for diets. I’d rather be fat and fit than eat crappy food.Pros-1) The price !!! you are not going to find a better workout for the money!!! I bought this used for like $15 or something crazy like that. P90X cost me 10x’s that.2) The workouts are all around the 30 to 45 minute range when you add in warm-up and cool-down. I want to be done in less than an hour. (the length of the workouts was probably my biggest complaint about p90x)3) Ultimate Ball (one of the routines) is the first ab routine that I actually look forward to doing. Its fun and a HUGE challenge every time I do it. I don’t care who you are, rolling around on a ball for 30 minutes is a good time.4) Many of the routines are in a pattern of “work as hard as you can for 30 seconds and get 30 seconds of rest” I feel like I work harder because its only 30 seconds.5) There are clear reminders throughout all of the routines that you should be working as hard as you can, NOT as hard as the people on the screen. They are extremely fit. I am not.Cons-1) The warm-up starts on the floor. I workout in my basement at 5:30 AM. The last thing I want to do is go from my warm bed to laying on my back on a concrete floor.2) There is absolutely not enough stretching in this program. I do Stretch X (from P90X) on my off days, in order to maintain my flexibility.3) There is little instruction from Tom, but after a couple times with each routine you wont really need it.4) The people doing the workouts are not very happy people. Don’t expect them to motivate you. There are a couple of cuties.

The best I’ve found.
Supreme 90 is a no nonsense workout program that allows you to get out of it as much as you want. Prior to this I did P90X and enjoyed it, but wanted something to add to the mix. With some reluctance I ordered Supreme 90. My hesitation came from the “As seen on TV” label – I usually associate this with subpar products and, quite honestly, the price. How could it be any good at that price? I was proved wrong. I’ve done two full 13 week rotations and have added these workout to my custom training plans. Looking at my log, I’ve done over 180 Supreme 90 workouts this year, so I’ve definitely gotten my money’s worth. What I like:No wasted time. I like P90X and I don’t mind working out for an hour, but it has so much wasted time with Tony talking. Supreme 90 gets right to it – no introductions of the host, Tom Holland, or the background exercisers (I don’t need to know their names and if they own a boat). An extra ten or fifteen minutes of fluff just means I have to get up earlier to get my workout in before work. The circuit format. You do two or three exercise back-to-back for two or three rounds. This is not only challenging, but moves things along. I find that it also breaks things up nicely. I can look at the clock and tell I have two circuits left for example and put my mind to pushing myself for the duration as I know exactly what I’m up against.Equipment used: I hadn’t ever used a stability ball before this, but it adds a new element into the exercises. Ultimate Ball, which as you can guess is exclusively ball work is a challenging strength workout and a nice break from the weights. No pull up bar. I think pull ups are a great exercise, but I don’t have a place for a bar so this works me.Core work: Every workout incorporates core work in some form. I like this approach and have gained a lot of core strength over the last year due to Supreme 90. I always dreaded P90X ab ripper – I’ve finished an hour workout, and now I’ve got another 15 minutes. The host: Tom Holland is fairly understated. He doesn’t tell stories or show off his ego he just keeps things moving along without making himself the focus of the workout. What could have been improved:On screen timer: I like to know how much time is left. I used to use a separate timer running on a tablet next to the TV, but I finally gave that up. It just became less important for some reason. They do have a timer in a few of the exercises like Cardio and Tabata that come on the screen with 5 seconds remaining. Why not just have it on for the full 20 or 30 seconds? And is it necessary to display it down to the hundredths of a second? They could have rehearsed a little more: At times it seems like it is the first time the background exercisers have done the routine and are showing demonstrations on the fly. There are some minor mistakes throughout, for instance in Chest and Back they are supposed to do three rounds in one circuit, but everyone stops after two rounds and stands around. It just gets skipped, and things move on.I think all of the workouts are quality. Naturally I like some more than others – Shoulders and Arms is probably my favorite, while Cardio Challenge’s breaks are too long for me.I can see myself doing more rotations of Supreme 90 and certainly I will continue to use the workouts in my regular training schedule.
