Good supplement, just a bit pricey for what you get
I have been using this for a little while now and overall I am pretty happy with it. The capsules are easy to take, no weird taste or aftertaste, and I did not have any stomach issues or discomfort while using it.The formula is pretty straightforward, mainly focused on milk thistle with some added ingredients, which I actually prefer over something overloaded with a bunch of extras. It fits easily into a daily routine and does not feel like a hassle to keep up with.As far as results go, nothing dramatic, but I did notice I felt a bit better overall after heavier meals and just generally not as sluggish. It feels more like a steady, supportive supplement rather than something you are going to notice right away.The only downside for me is the price for a 30-day supply. Good supplement!
As I get a bit older, I have been trying to be more conscious of what I consume. Fun drinks and supplements are two of the things I am trying to find a good balance with, and I think I’m doing great! Liver health is a big part of this.I’ve taken milk thistle before so I had expectations for the taste and how it feels in my stomach. I truly hate taking a supplement that makes my stomach feel “off” HOWEVER that was not a problem with this specific supplement at all! It’s relatively tasteless and doesn’t feel like it’s just sitting in my stomach. Literally all I wanted out of this!Price is good for 60 capsules. The packaging is a little goofy looking, but it’s fine. Don’t expect miracles but this supplement is worth a shot if you’re in the market for milk thistle.

I’ve been a fan of milk thistle for years to support liver health, but tend to go on and off it in stretches. I was ready to get back on milk thistle and researched several contenders. I was really impressed with Arymar Legachol, especially when compared to the sometimes prescription requiring product to which it compares itself. Legachol provides a strong dose of milk thistle along with Vitamins B1,2,3 and 6. I like that there aren’t more additions. The capsules are tasteless, odorless, easy to swallow, and easy on the digestive system.

A great formulation of milk thistle
As with all supplements, you have to decide whether the ingredients are right for you. I have read a lot about the benefits of milk thistle, and have used milk thistle products in the past. This formulation also had vitamins added, so I decided to give it a try.The bottle comes fully sealed, inside and out with tamper-evident seals. Excellent quality packaging to give you a peace of mind that your product hasn’t been tampered with. The pills (gelcaps) are regular size and are easy to swallow with just water. They are slightly yellow in color, but there is no scent, taste, or aftertaste, and I did not notice any side effects. You have to take two, but it’s an easy addition to your regular supplement routine.As for actual effectiveness, I now it differs for everyone. I have had great results with milk thistle, namely: better digestion, less feeling of fullness after a meal, no pain under the ribs on the right after a meal. I know results are highly individual, and because I’ve been taking milk thistle, the effects are continuing. I can’t tell if this product makes it better, I just know it does not make it worse – and that’s a huge plus, meaning it’s working.Overall, a good product, and good value for money. At under $20 for a months’ supply, seems reasonable relative to other similar products.

All along while I was aware of this vitamin’s benefit for me particularly, I thought that the milk thistle vitamin actually had milk in it & being that I am lactose intolerant I simply dismissed the milk thistle vitamin. This vitamin does not have milk or any dairy in it & it is well tolerated by anyone that is lactose intolerant because I have been taking it with no stomach discomfort whatsoever. I have been taking this vitamin for several weeks now for the benefits for my liver & it has virtually no taste, no after taste & it doesn’t upset my stomach in any way. I have a fatty liver that has for most of my adult life resulted on blood tests showing that I have elevated liver enzymes…I can’t remember the actual enzyme, however I eventually several years ago had a liver scan to be certain what the was causing the elevated liver enzymes & the scan revealed that I indeed do have a fatty liver. This vitamin has been shown in some studies to improve liver enzyme levels for people like myself that have consistently tested to have elevated liver enzyme levels and I while I have not actually noticed any difference I am happy that I am able to take this vitamin that hopefully will benefit my liver without any side effects whatsoever. I have been taking two pills every morning for several weeks now & I have not noticed anything negative with my stomach or any bad taste & so I intend to continue taking it for years to hopefully benefit the issue that I have with a fatty liver.

So far so good. I take so many supplements that it’s hard to narrow down what is doing what, but from what I can tell, this has had no weird tastes or side effects. I love that there’s no extra ingredients or aftertaste. Time will tell if I can get my numbers down with my “fatty liver”. Here’s hoping.
