To summarize, for this price ($12-13) this is not a “bad” Ashwagandha supplement. I believe by the time you go through a bottle, you might receive some mild effects in the space of stress/mood or sleep. There aren’t any bad tastes or signs this had issues with production.Taking off a star because you really can’t gauge the overall potency of this just from a bulk powder weight. It would be nice to know because even if you take one bottle and cognizant of how it affects you, no guarantee that the next bottle has the exact same composition.So if you overall want to give it a shot and don’t mind the dice roll and potentially underpowered supplement, go ahead with this. Normally for any supplement I would rate lower for a lack of information but this is a pretty low price.
