This one has worked pretty well for me so far.
The capsules are small and really easy to swallow, and I haven’t had any stomach upset or strange aftertaste. It’s not something that gives a dramatic, immediate effect, but I do feel a bit less heavy after meals and overall a little more comfortable day to day when I take it consistently. With only 30 capsules, the bottle goes quickly, but for what it is, it’s a straightforward and clean supplement. If you’re looking to try artichoke extract without committing to a big bottle, this one has worked pretty well for me so far.

Good quality ingredients, non-GMO, dairy-free and gluten-free
Artichoke leaf extract is said to be good for liver health, and this supplement is clean (non-GMO) and also dairy-free and gluten-free. These qualities get a supplement 4 stars right out of the gate. What would get this 5 stars from me is if after taking the whole bottle over the course of 30 days, if I felt literally any effects whatsoever. Unfortunately I can’t really testify to effectiveness of this supplement because I’m not sure what it’s doing for me. Now to be fair, the same can often be said about almost any type of supplement. Sometimes you don’t know what it’s doing until you take it for several months and then stop. Then if you can feel the absence of it, you can then kind of reverse engineer what it’s doing for you. In this case, the page says “commit to 90 days” and in all fairness I’ve only done 30 days. But at close to $40 a bottle, that’s making a $120 commitment just to see IF something works? That’s a little steep for me and I imagine for a lot of you out there. Not saying it wouldn’t be worth it but I wish I could say with certainty that I felt some noticeable effect in the first 30 days, then I wouldn’t hesitate to reorder. It’s good quality ingredients.

Good Dose, Crazy Price
500mg is a solid dose for this, and it tells you the potency of it which is great. Cynarin is good for liver health, and so you get a good dose of a high-quality standardized ingredient. But at like $1.30 per capsule I just can’t recommend it; it’s just too expensive for a 30 day supply. Ideally one could take this for a few months at a time for general health but this is too expensive for that.

I think this supplement contains very important ingredients in it, that I would love to benefit from, such as the magnesium, prebiotics, and biome. But, just as with every supplement there is a required time frame until we can attest to gaining the improvements in our system. I believe it’s a 3 month period that is needed to feel any difference in your system. But, it was only offered a 1 month supply in the ordering ootion. I did take the supplements and soon fell off the continued consistency of a daily routine. I retried taking it, but I just didn’t make the necessary relationship with this supplemen. II didn’t feel a combined partnership of any gainful benefit. But, I don’t find it fair to rate it at 1 star. I think to be fair and averaged out a 3 star rating is pretty valid in my case. I wasn’t on it especially for a 3 month period to make an assessment for absolute certainty wether it is effective or not. I was able to swallow it, I do have swallowing problems due to Gerd. There, was no after taste, usually any brown colored supplement has a taste. The size is the standard size for all supplements of this type and form. I don’t turn you away from trying it out for yourself and I’m not at all closed to the opportunity to retry for myself on a long term basis to hopefully gain its benefits and effects for my health.
