The dose of inositol in one serving of this supplement is not enough to support PCOS symptoms. I compared the nutrition label to Black Girl Vitamins PCOS support and they don’t even compare. Also, the flavor and texture are not pleasant.

If you are looking to gain weight, these vitamins are perfect for you. I started taking these vitamins and I was eating like crazy. I would eat and want something else and I was trying to lose weight not gain. I did not know why my appetite changed so drastically and then it came to me.🤔What did I do differently? I took these gummies. So I stopped and my appetite went back to normal. I know everyone is different and maybe they’ll work differently for you. I was so busy thinking about what to put in mouth that I don’t remember if it helped in other ways.

Not sure if I even have pcos but what I can say I struggle with some of the symptoms.. like bloating, hormonal weight gain, painful cramps and inconsistent periods.. well recently I was having a situation where I haven’t seen my period in like a month.. just after 2 days of taking these gummies my period came down.. usually when it comes in from missing a cycle.. the cramps hurt.. not this time..
