Good turmeric
I have completely fallen in love with this Allergy Research Group curcumin supplement because it is just so easy to use. I work from home so I have easily incorporated it into my daily routine. It is incredibly convenient since taking the single capsule only takes a quick moment out of my day. After using it just a couple of times I already feel like my overall body wellness, which is been becoming a bigger priority as I age – especially the inflammation in my back, is starting to show some noticeable results. I also like that it doesn’t have any weird smell or taste and so far it seems to be helping with my lower back pain by giving me a little relief.

Bioavailable curcumin
The name of this supplement, CurcuWIN, is very clever, but underneath the little bit of wordplay is a serious turmeric supplement from a trusted brand. This Meriva turmeric phytosome has much better bioavailability than standard curcumin supplements, so you cannot compare the price of this to run-of-the-mill curcumin. At one capsule a day this bottle will last two months. The capsules are easy to take and don’t cause any digestive upset.

Very effective for morning stiffness.
This product was received as part of the Amazon vine program. I am not paid for this review. It is my honest opinion.The most important thing I found with this curcumin is that I am mot stiff when I get up in the morning. I wasn’t expecting that. This includes a few days when I did cycle workouts of 45 to 90 minutes. I’ve had that effect with borage oil but not curcumin. I have taken a curcumin from a variety of companies. The next thing is that they have no taste and i don’t burp curcumin at all with this product.The pill itself is the length of a quarter—something to keep in mind if you have trouble swallowing pills—-but the size is inline with other companies. Curcumin is always a big pill.The other thing I like about this formula is the brand. I can’t keep up with the number of brands popping up. ARG has been around for 30 years or more. I also take their nattokinase and lumbrokinase which are very effective for me so I trust the brand.I find the price to be a good value for me because it is effective for stiffness and pain when getting up in the morning. This is a big deal for me.

Good, high-absorption turmeric supplement!
I’ve been taking turmeric as a part of my supplement stack for years to help minimize inflammation and prevent joint pain as part of a recovery-focused approach to lifting. This one from Allergy Research Group combines a potent turmeric extract with black pepper for enhanced absorption and delivery, which is important since curcumin on its own isn’t absorbed particularly well by the body. The capsules are moderately sized and easy to swallow with water. I didn’t notice any taste or lingering aftertaste while taking these, nor did I experience any digestive discomfort, which can sometimes happen with stronger turmeric supplements.In terms of effectiveness, I noticed my joints generally felt a bit better following heavier workouts, especially during periods where my training volume was higher. Recovery also felt smoother overall, particularly in areas where I usually carry more soreness. Overall, this is a great option if you’re looking for a high-quality turmeric supplement for recovery and inflammation support, and I think the price is reasonable given the formulation and ingredient quality.

CurcuWIN is real! (but 4 stars is because lacking manufacturing info…)
These arrived double sealed and with about 1.5 years of expiration. They’re vegetarian and free of most common allergens, listing out 10 of them, which is more than most. Producing clean (allergen-free) supplements seems to be the brand’s major focus but, interestingly, it does not say anywhere whether they adhere to GMP standards or are third-party tested. I also cannot find where they’re manufactured, and I’ve even checked the Allergy Research Group website. However, I did learn that they have a 60 day guarantee policy in the US!The capsules are of standard size and have no smell or taste. They contain a trademarked form of curcumin (called CurcuWIN) which is water soluble and therefore around 50x more bioavailable than regular curcumin, with the obvious benefit that there’s more anti-inflammatory activity for your body. 500mg seems to be the standard CurcuWIN dose. I’d never heard of it but CurcuWIN appears to first have been used and trademarked in 2012, so there’s almost a decade and a half of use!I’m a firm believer in the anti-inflammatory properties of all curcumin and everyone in my family takes some form of it with positive results. Knowing what I now know after reading up on CurcuWIN, I’d definitely choose it for my swollen joints and my dad’s bad arthritis. That said, I have to give 4 stars because of the lack of manufacturing info cited above. I’m a stickler for that, but maybe you don’t care as much.Ps – there’s no powder in the bottle or broken capsules that I could see, so the cotton being yellow in my photo is nothing worrisome

Seems Like Professional Grade Support with Great Absorption
