    Works great. I take it with Vitamin B6 for better absorption, but only in the mornings, because Vitamin B6 will keep me awake for hours.     We have just started to use to help with sleep, and following the Bredesen protocol which is to reduce cognitive decline. Cannot comment yet on how useful it will be.
