Be patient!
If they didn’t taste so good, I probably would have returned the gummies within the first few weeks because they did nothing for weight loss or appetite control. But because I loved the taste and was getting extra vitamins, I continued to take them. After 6 weeks, I noticed that I was finally losing some of the extra 10 pounds I wanted to shed! Granted I had cut back on food intake but I had done that before with little or no results. I just placed another order.

I really Love the taste of these Apple Cider Gummies I look forward to having my serving everyday, the bottle indicates just one per day, but I would like to have more! I can’t really say if it has done a whole lot on my weight loss journey, but I have lost over 15 lbs. within the past few months, but I also take Berberine Supplements as well and I’ve unfortunately been sick twice within that timeline also, I lose my appetite when I’m sick. But, overall I believe the Gummies help, so far now I’ll keep taking them!

I did take me 3-4 weeks for them to start working for me.I have been taking one before breakfast around 6 ish, and I have my lunch around 1pm then I take another one around 2pm, and within the hour, I start to feel really full, like the feeling after I just had a big dinner.I really have to rethink my meals now as I have had food prepared for my evening meal, and have not eaten it.then around 10pm, I start to get hungry, so I just have some cucumber or something just to take the edge off it.Me being a binge eater, these help me so much with not wanting to eat in the early evenings.The taste is not the best, but it is amazing how fast we adapt to tastes.
