I always wanted to have Six Packs from my youth. So I started to workout in 20’s and always tried to maintain 8-10% Body fat through the strict diet with chicken breast and salad. Even during the summer season, I have even tried to lower my fat to 5% by adjusting water and sodium, and I have been doing split training for about 4 hours a day, one time in the early morning and one more after work. But from a certain moment I felt tired all the time and loss of libido. By the time when I realized this, I questioned myself how could this happen to who kept the diet this much strictly for a long time. I did a baseline test for all hormones then completed an entire bottle and tested again. Testosterone did not budge though progesterone went up.. Second bottle same results.. Different people might get different results but I wont buy any more. Certainly do not need an elevated progesterone level..
