I’m PLEASED with this “little” gym helper
I previously ordered this about a year ago & it didn’t seem to work at all. However I decided to give it another try based on reviews. I figured out that I probably wasn’t hitting the gym as often as I should have the first time & this time I promised myself I would give it a fair shot by working with it instead of against it. I’m so glad I came back to the product. It added 30 minutes to every one of my gym sessions & these were heavy sessions. PLUS I racked up double digit personal bests. I’ve been hitting those plateaus we all hate but with this I was able to smash through the walls. I love the feeling of having to be dragged out of the gym, I truly feel invisible. I even ordered a second month & it has enable me to keep digging deep. I’d recommend giving it a shot for a month BUT remember you have to put in the work to see if it works for you. I’ve had noticeable gains not from this product but because it enables me to lift heavier.The only negative about it is that I haven’t really noticed any significant testosterone boosts but you get that from a great workout anyways.

Running two cans of Animal Test. Took a blood test about 2 months before the first can which returned natural test levels at 600 ng/dL – mid second “cycle” took another blood test which returned 600 ng/dL. So it scientifically definitely does NOT elevate your natural testosterone levels. If you’re looking for supplements to actually change hormone levels, you’re not going to find them on Amazon.Notwithstanding that – it definitely makes you SWEAT like a beast. You will sweat during cardio, lifting, etc. like never before. Helps you get warmed up fairly quick. My heat tolerance is much lower – walking around 80 degree heat in shorts and a tshirt will leave me drenched in sweat. One bonus is that the sweating doesn’t come with elevated heart rate like a lot of the other fat loss supplements that are just extra caffeine. This won’t make you feel dizzy or make your heart race as you’re sitting down at work.The sweating definitely helps you lose weight if that’s your goal. With dieting and extra cardio, this supplement works. However, there are other supplements out there that will make you sweat – and without the 7-8 pills that this requires (but may cause heart rate to increase too). If you’re looking at this to add mass, this isn’t the one for you.Overall, 3/5.

Good Product So Far
Did one cycle of this as per the instructions. I did notice an increase in strength and endurance I think, plus it gave me a all around energetic feeling. These are positives but I am cautious to say this will absolutely happen, it may have been other things I was doing. The second cycle will be the test to see if the same results. It is not a magic pill but coupled with a decent program I think it may help with achieving some overall health benefits. Looking forward to the next cycle.
