High quality and effective
This is a very high quality collagen. I’ve tried others in the past, but not in pill form. That makes it much easier than having to blend it into a drink. You don’t have to worry about taste or a powder not dissolving easily. The pills aren’t too big and easy to swallow. This container only has 30 servings, so it can be pricey for daily use, but the benefits are worth it. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been taking this for a week or week and a half. I haven’t noticed any improvements in anything yet. A week and a half is definitely too short to see benefits most of the time with just about any supplement. I don’t have any joint problems or anything at the moment so it might be hard for me to see a benefit when there’s not much wrong at the moment. I take several supplements and most of the time I don’t see any benefit from them. I basically take them so in case I’m low on something, if my diet is lacking in a few places then I use supplements to fill in the gaps. So I view any supplements whether they’re protein powders, collagen, vitamin C, etc. as an insurance policy. It may seem to not do anything but if it’s preventing deficits then that’s a benefit you’re just not able to see it. So that being said I will keep taking supplements.This is a 30 day supply of collagen. You take one capsule a day so there are 30 capsules in the jar. The packaging is nice and it’s convenient since it’s a pill. A couple of supplements I’m taking now are powders that I mix in with drinks. Some of them dissolve easily and some of them clump a lot. Powders that clump are a pain. I have to stir it for several minutes and break up all the clumps before I drink it. This doesn’t have that hassle. I take a pill and swallow it with some water. Piece of cake! So the convenience factor is nice. Now it’s $62 which is pretty expensive so I would think a lot of people wouldn’t buy it because it’s too expensive. $62 a month for collagen I would think that’s a hard pill to swallow for a lot of people. Pun intended.So I think this is good collagen, I use it to fill possible gaps like other supplements I take, it’s in a convenient pill form which is nice but the one downside is the price. I would give this 5 stars but because of the price I have to give it 4 stars. If it were $30 instead of $62 I would definitely give it 5 stars. I recommend people try this and see what they think.

I was impressed with the packaging on this. It comes in a dark glass jar that feels solid and high quality, and it was well-sealed for freshness. The capsules are a standard vitamin capsule size and easy enough to swallow. I also like that the serving size is just one capsule per day, which makes it easy to stay consistent.I opened one of the capsules just to do a taste test, and it’s very bitter with a slightly salty taste. It also leaves a bit of an unpleasant aftertaste, so it’s definitely a good thing this comes in capsule form.This is a Type II collagen supplement, which is different from the Type I collagen powders most people are familiar with. Type II collagen is more often used to support joints and cartilage, so this works best as something to add alongside a Type I collagen powder rather than replacing it.I also really like that the ingredient list isn’t loaded with extra chemicals or fillers. I don’t know as much about these supplements as all the other comments on this page, so my review is that of your average Joe customer. I’ve also only ever used collagen in powdered form in my protein drinks a few times so I don’t have much of a comparison. I also think that a month supply isn’t long enough for this kind of supplement, there’s just so many variables in that time frame.So I wouldn’t take my response to heart.I do think the price is kind of steep, especially for a 30 day supply. I can’t say I noticed any differences in my skin or energy (some comments said the ingredients can give you energy but I definitely didn’t notice). I can maybe say my skin has may had a little more moisture to it (it’s almost winter and usually it starts to dry a little).The packaging is gorgeous though! It I were going off appearance, it would definitely be the first bottle I’d pick up in a vitamin shop.All in all it’s worth the try if you’re someone who takes collagen daily. But I would recommend a larger supply than one month to see any differences.
