    I’ve been taking this Glucosamine Sulfate & Chondroitin Sulfate supplement from Anabolic Laboratories for a short time, and so far I’m impressed. The tablets are medium-sized, not capsules, and I personally find them easy to swallow. They don’t have any taste, which is a plus. The directions say you can take them up to three times a day with food; I’ve been using them twice daily without any issues.Glucosamine and chondroitin is a well-known combination often recommended to support joint health and cushioning, and while it may take longer use to see the full effects, I already feel like I’m having a little less discomfort in my hand from long hours on the computer mouse.     I can recommend this for most anyone over 55 years old who might be having issues with their knees or joints.I started taking glucosamine chondroitin years ago. It’s been great in helping stave off the effects of my aging joints and helping me quickly recover from injuries.Indeed, just last week I was carrying a TV from the store, still in the box. A gust of wind came along and I sprained my elbow trying to hold onto the thing while the wind was trying to blow it out of my grasp. I was surprised at how effective it is because of how quickly I recovered. I always recommend glucosamine + chondroitin to anyone with joint problems.This product by Anabolic Labs is especially well made. Made in the USA, a GMP certified facility and third party testing.It’s a good deal considering how much you get for the money. You get a large bottle with 90 tablets which last about three months. I love how the ingredients are listed in the proportions. Some other products will mix the two and keep the amounts unlisted.

    This Anabolic Laboratories brand, advanced joint support supplement seems to be very high quality, containing high potency glucosamine sulfate & chondroitin sulfate. Despite the monstrous size of the tablets, they seem to be chelated to ensure ease of use – swallowing, and they’re largely free of objectionable odor or taste. They don’t seem to contribute to upset stomach, and they do seem to deliver on the promise of effectiveness. This is a 90-day supply.

    It is its own thing, not merely a generic competitor

    The famous “Osteo Bi-Flex” brand has a lot of variants with useful supplements that do other things, and I think I prefer having those choices, but from a practical perspective, for me, it doesn’t seem to be better or worse in terms of supporting joint health. The primary difference seems to be that it is more expensive. However, your mileage might vary, and this formulation might work better for you. It seems worth it to at least try.

    These are tablets, not capsules. They’re vaguely capsule-shaped, so I guess they’re what often gets described as “caplets”.They’re a bit on the large size as well, so they’re not as easy to swallow as most capusles typically tend to be. They’re not terribly difficult, though. A healthy gulp of water should wash them down fairly easily.I didn’t notice any taste, but I was quick about washing it down. I imagine if you chewed them up, they’d probably have a less-than-pleasant taste. The simplest way around that is to not chew them up. The instructions don’t specifically tell you not to, but as a rule, if it doesn’t say “chewable”, it’s probably still technically chewable anyway for anyone with teeth, but it’s not meant to be chewed. So just don’t do that unless you’re determined to find out how they taste.You’re not going to see any immediate results from these. They’re not really intended as pain-relievers in the immediate term.They’re the sort of thing where you take them daily, and they should help with connective-tissue in your joints so you have less of the day-to-day aches and pains.The formula here is solid, and I have no doubt that it will work well for that purpose.The listed price might seem high ($54 at the time of my ordering), but it’s really not that bad when you factor in that you’re getting a 3-month supply. If there happens to be a discount/markdown or coupon available when you order, all the much better.They come in a glass bottle and it was safely wrapped with a geed amount of bobble-wrap. The entire bottle was shrink-wrapped, and the peel-off tamper-seal under the cap was fully intact. The expiry-date stamped on the bottom of the bottle is 23 Sep 2027.If you already take glucosamine/chondroitin, or if you’ve heard about it and you think you’ve got the types of issues that it might be helpful for, these are definitely worth trying.By all means, keep an eye out for discounts and shop around, but keep in mind that there are a lot of brands out there that aren’t as reputable/respected as anabolic laboraties.

    As far as the product itself goes: it seems fine for what it is…pills are large but I didn’t find them hard to swallow. There’s no offensive smell or taste. I don’t notice any particular effect but can believe that such a supplement is helpful, and especially if you’ve been suggested to take such a thing by a doctor (and if you’re not allergic to shellfish).Main issue is the high list price in a market where alternatives seem to cost half as much. So if you’re choosing it for the “trusted name and reputation”, you might want to dig a little deeper into the history: label says its manufactured at 1835 E Cheyenne Rd in Colorado Springs…and if you look at the building on Google Maps (from the front side) it matches a picture on the anabolic labs website. But the signage is removed and it says it’s the permanently closed location of NexGen Pharma, and a 2007 press release says Anabolic Labs had changed its name to NexGen Pharma. I’m not sure what this all means, but it seems an 80 year old name is being recycled by someone…and the product may or may not be originating from that defunct-looking address.
