Have been taking a good while because I suffer from fibromyalgia that had kept me awake and uncomfortable most of the time. Recommended by relative for fatigue/energy and I can tell improvement, plan to continue taking it. I take 2 per day.

MANUFACTURING DATE ON ANABOLIC LABS PRODUCTS
I have used Anabolic Labs B-PLEX and TRI-C for several years upon recommendation of my chiropractor. My problem with this product is that on every bottle I’ve ever had, the MANUFACTURING DATE seems to be in the too far distant past, from ten to twenty-four months in the bottle, sitting on a shelf in some warehouse at what temperature, humidity, lighting conditions, is anybody’s guess. I’ve called Anabolic Labs several times and get no satisfactory answer. It’s a California company. Need I say more!!! I’ve been told by Aanabolic that they only deal with health care practitioners, doctors, chiropractors, etc. That is absolutely untrue. The company I purchased from through Amazon is certainly not a health care practitioner. So when are they going to have fresh merchandise on the shelf?? Obviously, they do not feel the need to do so.

Love these time release B vitamins.
Love these B vitamins. Ive been taking them for a couple of years and they seem to work well. One word of caution, do not take before bedtime. ForMe they keep me awake and I can’t fall asleep unless I am exhausted tired. Not necessarily more energy, just sleepless. At 63 yo, I need a Good B vitamin and Anabolic Labs seems to put out a consistent and potent product. I use a couple of their other vitamins and have for years and have similar comments for them as well.
