Good Form Of Selenium
Selenium has a variety of benefits, and seems to be a powerful antioxidant. I take it occasionally when I take iodine for thyroid health.Since selenium comes in a variety of forms, it’s important to get a form that the body can utilize, and l-selenomethionine seems to be the best form (or at least one of the best).This is a pretty decent price for selenium, and the company mentions quality control, which is always something I look for. It seems like a good product.

High Potency
This is a high potency selenium supplement. Paired with iodine, it’ll help thyroid health tremendously. My family has been using both for a long time with noticeable benefit. What I really like about this one is that it is probably the most potent of any selenium supplement I’ve seen, yet the it’s inexpensive (about 7 bucks at the time of this writing).Selenium supplements smell weird, but they don’t really have taste. It’s strange. Don’t be intimidated from it. It’s normal.

I take selenium every day at 200 mcgs to enhance my thyroid operation. It’s a wonderful antioxidant and essential trace mineral which the body uses well. The tablets go down easily with a meal and one tablet has 200 mcgs so this bottle will last for 2 months. Price is good.

I couldn’t get my normal brand so I have been using this in its place & so far so good! It’s easy to swallow and in my opinion I don’t think it smells as bad as some of the other selenium pills I have taken. (In my experience all selenium has a smell, at least to me, some more potent than others but that could just be me.) I take it with water & a meal along with my other supplements and it doesn’t upset my stomach so I am happy! I also like that the lid is easy for me to open even with stiffer hands from mild arthritis.I depend on honest reviews to get the best products I can within my budget and I strive to leave accurate reviews so others can do the same. I order these after my doctor did an extensive blood work test, I am 70 years old, and he said I was showing a deficiency in Selenium. I take them daily and will update after my next blood work tests if they are successful in bring my levels up. The capsules are easy to swallow(60 for a 2 month supply), with no bad aftertaste, and the price is a lot cheaper than the ones he sells in his office. I like that it is a fresh stock with an expiration of 03/2023, and that it is made in the USA.
