I do like the fact that this Acetyl L-Carnitine isn’t ganged with a bunch of other ingredients, because that allows me to evaluate this product on its own. In investigative science, we are taught to determine the dependent variable, isolate it and then test our hypothesis for the suspected value of that isolate. This is as close as I can come to being able to do that for myself without running a Stage 3 trial on the product. I know that anecdotes aren’t evidence, but it is the best we can do.

Hard to digest.
I didn’t like the hard tablets as I found them hard to digest. Not everyone can digest a tablet.It did give me energy. I had some more pep but it wasn’t every day. I suspect it had to do with the digestibility of the tablets. I would have preferred a easier to swallow capsule.The bottle was a bit on the small side and it arrived in a bubble mailer on time.

These capsules are very easy to take as well. If you take this before you work out with Beta alanine you may feel a slight tingle, that tells you your workout is going to be explosive! I like that this product sticks to one thing…the ingredient on the label. The extra ingredients are the ingredients required to create/press the tablet, and the ingredients in the caplet coating. (Capsules also have extra ingredients…the capsules themselves are made of something, right?)Having said this, the caplet coating has a strong aldehyde aroma/flavor. One wonders whether something went wrong during the coating process. The bottle went into the garbage can after one quick taste of the caplet.

Where is it all produced? In that tiny building shown in the picture? All the descriptions/missions of the company are SO vague, completely empty and superficial. The “FDA registered” term is new to me. Are they approved?Now about the Acetyl L-Carnitine in question:1. The average dosage is about 2 g/day, so 2 tablets/day gives you a month supply it is fine.2. How was it produced? Chemical synthesis or bioreactor. If the latter, what kind of cells/process etc. were used? These things need to be disclosed.3. Where are the ingredients produced?4. Why are there no names of personnel on the website?There are just some of the questions.
