These B-12 gummies are very easy to take. You can also get by using only 1, instead of 2, per day.
I definitely recommend this Amazon brand product if you are taking vitamin B-12.In my opinion, you also benefit from cost savings: You only need 1 a day instead of the 2 recommended, since 2 per the label equate to a whopping 20,833% daily value. Various other websites confirm any excess of the daily requirement should not have negative effect on the body.Another benefit is NO GAGGING REFLEX because they are not large size–easy to consume. Keep this bottle out of the hands of children because they resemble a very tasty candy.

ok…firstly…they are delivered..no extra going to the medicine aisle/or the store. next ..they are tasty, I always am tempted to eat another..but that is a big no-no. I don’t take them just before anything sweet to eat because that will make the dessert not so sweet.. Lastly…they aren’t more expensive than storebought retail.
