Doesn’t make me barf as other pills do. Size is perfect and easy to swallow. Not sure about energy level as I’ve only been taking it for 2 weeks. So far so good.

First things first if your pills come cloudy that’s the coconut oil that has solidified, that’s how you can tell they use unrefined coconut oil. I wanted to get away from the more common used oils and coconut oil is something I also take on the side as well. Buy this supplement with confidence!Edit… Okay so I bought another bottle for my daughter to start taking and the bottle must’ve had coconut oil that went bad cause nothing in the formula changed on the bottle but you can clearly see in the second pic after being in the fridge for 5 mins the coconut oil didn’t solidify. If this happens I suggest you return it and get another bottle. I will report back when my replacement bottle gets here if it happens again.Update: so I was correct, the new bottle they sent me has the better coconut oil in it. You can clearly tell by the picture inside the bottle. You must see the cloudy coconut oil or do not take it. They haven’t updated any formula so it was a bad bottle. This is my favorite brand and the one I recommend to people so I’m hoping they never change the formula.

I’ve been using several supplements from Amazing Formulas, such as their Berberine product, and have been happy with all of them.I previously used another brand that was no longer available on Amazon and this product was way less expensive than other brands using coconut oil as a base. I prefer the coconut oil to Olive oil because these come in large quantities that last about a year and olive oil is much more likely to become rancid in that period of time.You only have to look at the soft gel to know that it’s a high fat coconut oil. You can see that it’s more congealed rather than a liquid by the appearance of the soft gel, as shown in my photo. It’s great to know that the fat content is high, as it increases the absorbability of the D3.
