    The label says this product is solvent free but it smells and tastes exactly like something you could use to clean paint brushes. This was the first time I have purchased pumpkin seed oil. I had heard great things about the benefits so wanted to give it a try. Will do more research next time. Would NOT recommend.

    Helped me with my severe allergies probably addressed parasite issues in the gut. No more eczema. Tastes awful so mix with honey .. really works or I wouldn’t even drink such a nasty tasting thing
