Great D!
I take vitamin D every day that I am not out getting it naturally. In the winter that means everyday. This is a smaller dose than some other brands so you are able to spread out and take more frequently rather than just getting a big dose all at once. I prefer this but some may want a bigger dose.

These pills are very small which makes them easy to swallow. Having taken this vitamin for a few years most have been larger. The 1000IU is a good amount of D3. The quantity is very large and is well over a years supply. Made in the USA with no extra preservatives or fillers, it is a nice “clean “ product.

Easy to swallow.
My doctor recommended vitamin D so I ordered these as they promote calcium absorption. Since taking these I have had less creaking I my joints. They are tasteless and easy to swallow with just one tablet a day they are easy to remember to take.

10000 IU instead of the listed 1000 IU
The Amazing Formulas Vitamin D3 Supplement fell short of expectations. I received a bottle of 10000 IU instead of the listed 1000 IU, rendering them unusable for my needs. However, they turned out to be a great value for those requiring a higher dosage. I ended up giving them to my mom, who benefits from the increased potency. While the mistake was disappointing, the affordability for 10000 IU is commendable for those seeking such potency.

The bottle label states 10,000 IU
The description states that this D3 vitamin contains 1,000 IU. However, the label on the bottle I received states the dosage is 10,000 IU. It states so in two places, so it is not a typographical mistake on the label.My doctor said that the maximum safe dosage is 4000 IU. Exceeding that dose can lead to toxicity without providing additional benefits. These will last more than a year. There are 480 in the bottle and you only take one a day. They are tiny and very easy to swallow. There is no discernible odor (unless you stick your nose near the bottle) or taste.Made in USA, 10,000 IUThe only thing I think that would make this better is make the dose smaller (5,000 IU) and have it be twice daily. The body excretes what it cannot use so at 2500% of RDA, that’s a lot of waste.

THESE ARE NOT 1,000 IU
So I was looking forward to these because I’m supposed to take 2k a day and we only had 5ks. I was into my fourth or fifth day in a row of taking these before I looked at the bottle and realized these are TEN thousand! That is way too much Vitamin D to take in a single serving. I have to take them like once a week, but that just makes it hard to remember to take. Man, read the label before you set yourself on a schedule of taking these.
