Great for knee pain
I bought it help weight loss, it didnt do anything there, however the thing that I’m so pleased with was it almost eliminated all knee pain I have. I usually have a grinding and painful gravel sensation in my knees by the end of the day, however, since taking this I hardly ever have that pain. I would recommend them for anyone. I have had no side effects, easy to swallow (i gag on most vitamins so this is awesome!) I’ve used them for a month or more.

Good: Have used product for a week now, and it *seems* like it might be doing some good. I’ve been told that it takes about a month to realize full benefit from these supplements, so will update in a few weeks. Decent price.Bad: Not impressed with their quality control. The cotton came out yellow, and a thick film of product was all over the inside of the bottle. Had to spread newspaper to keep the stuff off the bed cover while I was filling pill holders. Company can and should do better.Bottom line: Pretty much as stated above. Giving this three stars for now, mainly due to the fact that a substantial percentage of the product is not in the capsules; will revise upward if it turns out it’s of benefit as a supplement.

No stomach upset at all Five Stars
I usually use a different brand but got this because of Amazon fast shipping. I tried it immediately and have had no upset stomach, while the product is doing exactly what I was hoping Berberine would do. Normally I demand a load of certifications but I was in a hurry. In this case I have been surprisingly happy and will recommend this product to anyone. The addition of Quercetin at this price point is a huge bonus.

I believe this works well. I have taken different Bet Erin’s products and they all seem to work. I would however recommend that the distributor of this product not cover the directions for use with an inventory label.
