Was hoping for higher dose of creatine but misread the ad.
When I ordered this, ar first glance I thought it was 7.5g of creatine but its only .75 per serving. I was wanting more creatine and I am not sure exactly what .75g is going to do as the recommended dosage is 5g per day. Collagen is nice and healthy as well but this just wasn’t what I was looking for in a supplement. The capsules themselves are medium sized and the taste is pretty typical of vitamin pills. The cost wasn’t bad as collagen and creatine both can be pricey but for the dosage you are getting, its about right.

Low amount of Creatine per 3-pill serving
Standard size capsules, no bad taste, doesn’t repeat on me with any foul smelling burps, has no bad side effects, and easy to take. Unfortunately the amount of Creatine in each of their 3-pill servings is minuscule. In order to get the recommended 5g of Creatine, you’d have to take 7 servings = 21 pills. So now I have to open them all up manually and dump the powder of 21 pills into my daily blended shake which is more of a hassle than anything else because I refuse to swallow 21 pills a day.

I can see why with this type of supplement, because normally I put a big scoop of collagen in my coffee, and the three pills are a lot smaller by comparison.I make it a point to take daily collagen, and I like that this supplement has a combo of MSM and creatine as well. It’s a strong combo for positive anti-aging effects, concentration, and is beneficial for skin and nails.I have found the capsules easy to take, though I space them out by a few minutes because there are three of them. As a women in her 50’s, I’m always looking for supplements that work for my age. It’s my first time using this combination and I feel like it adds benefits I didn’t have before. My skin feels better hydrated and firm. It was a bit dull looking and it has a brightness to it now. There wasn’t a taste to it, so that’s always easier for me. I don’t usually have any reactions or stomach issues when I’m taking supplements and I didn’t have any issues with this one either. These were very easy to take and swallow.
