Creatine is great for men AND women!
My 59 yr old husband was in need of something to help him build muscle at his age.Adding the creatine to his weights workout seems to be helping.It certainly doesnt seem to be hurting. I started taking it when I read that women can benefit from its effects as well and I must admit, the brain fog is dissapating and mood even seems improved.We’ll give it a couple more purchases to see how it works on a longer term basis and review again.

I’m happy with these Creatine HCl pills. They are easy to take, the price is reasonable, and they feel like a good quality product for the money.What I like most is that they have been easy on my stomach. No heartburn and no bloating creatine
Since I’ve started working out at the gym, this is really starting to help me quite a bit, but not only that but most of the reviews I read mentioned heartburn and bloating with other creatines. This one does not cause me any of that and I love it.

Did not notice any boost
As I have gotten older I have started taking Creatine supplements to boost my workouts. I had the opportunity to try these AMANDEAN Creatine HCl Pills. American Made CON-CRET. 120 Veggie Capsules so decided to do so.The positives –Made in the USA with all of quality control standards that accompany that fact-Advertised high concentration ‘Con-Cret’ creatine so you only have to take one capsule-Capsules are reasonably sized making them easy to take with water or your pre-workout beverage of choice-No negative effects from taking these supplement tabletsOther –Unfortunately, this creatine supplement did not give me a pump or workout boostThese make work for others, but did not work for me, but also did not have any negative effects either. So if you are looking for a caplet form of Creatine these could be an option for you.
