Easy to swallow, pleasant scent.
The inside of the bottle smelled nice, definitely the exotic spice scent of tumeric. I think the veg capsules are just the right size and I swallowed them easily. Didn’t get any bloating or other side effects and no changes in breath or body odor. I’ve been using curcumin supplements for a while so I’m not anticipating any marked change due to a brand swap. All in all I feel like these are good pills and I feel I’ve had positive results in general from tumeric and ginger supplements.

Unanswered Questions
Both Turmeric and Ginger have been daily supplements of mine for many years, and I know they have been beneficial. This is my first experience with this brand, and it seems to be pretty good with a couple of caveats.The capsules are typical in size and have no taste and just the faint distinctive aroma of Turmeric. In addition to Turmeric and ginger, it contains BioPerine (black pepper), the capsule, and rice flour, which can be used as a flow agent or a filler. Thankfully, this doesn’t contain the flow agent magnesium stearate.The label shows an American flag, but the small print says, “formulated in the USA”, but there is no indication of which nation it is actually manufactured in. It is made in a GMP certified facility but doesn’t say anything about lab testing… which is very important when it comes to Turmeric supplements.The product page also has a graphic showing this is certified organic, but there is nothing no the bottle about that… so I have my doubts.

Easy to swallow Turmeric and Ginger capsules
I have taken turmeric for years, as well as ginger. This supplement which includes turmeric, ginger, and black pepper comes in an easy to swallow capsule form. They have a slight smell of turmeric and a very faint taste of it as well.

Good ingredients, questionable origin
I really like the anti inflammatory ingredients in this supplement. It doesn’t disclose where the ingredients are sourced from though. I would like more information. Dosage is 2 capsules, so this is two months worth. Expires 9/2027, so it’s fresh. I like that it’s a veggie capsule, but it does have a rice flour filler.

Easy to take capsule
I make a tonic most days to drink when I wake up. I have always used both turmeric and ginger as well as some other ingredients and I thought I’d try using an oral capsule to simplify the process.On balance, I’m not sure if I was getting the health benefits that I expected, and I’ve gone back to my tonic.In addition, I haven’t been able to confirm the source of the ingredients or the location of their compounding/manufacture.

Great value and quality for non-standardized
I usually prefer standardized tumeric, but these are a fantastic value and quality for the price. The pills are medium-large in size, are easy to swallow, and don’t cause a stomach ache. I love that they contain black pepper, as this helps with absorption. I take turmeric for general health, so I can’t speak to any pain relief of blood pressure benefits. These are about as effective as other turmeric supplements I’ve taken, standardized or not.
