An Invaluable Part of My Routine
I first read about this in Tim Ferriss’ book “4 Hour Body” and have been using it ever since. I have not had a cold, an upset stomach or anything since I began taking it.I take one a night before bed but if I feel rundown I’ll double up and take one in the morning until the feeling passes. Usually, one day is all it takes to turn things around. If I feel like I may have upset tummy coming on (usually from some low grade food poisoning in my case, but not often) I’ll take one right away and it stops the symptoms in their tracks.This may sound far-fetched, but I think it may have even helped clear up my skin a little more! I used to break out under my chin which is very difficult to clear up. The area has greatly improved and I no longer feel lumpy under there; the dark marks are finally starting to clear up since I’m not breaking out under there. To be fair, I am doing a lot of other things so it could be any one or any combination of things contributing. However, I feel like these pills help internally kind of like natural antibiotics.This product has really improved the quality of my life. I usually dont write reviews. But this is the best product ever. I got mononucleosos 3 years aGo. i had fibro and cfs. And i get sick all the time . Is like i am atractive to germs and viruses. Also cronic Utis. Since taking this i havent got a uti and its being 4 months and i havent being sick. Its a miracle. last week i got a sore throat and i saw two white patches on my throat. I was like great. Strep throat . I had fever for like a day. So i increased this suplement. took it 500mg twice a day. After two days the white patches were gone and i didnt had a sore throat. i am amazed about this. I will take it for the rest of my lifE. Usually every winter i get the flu, bronchitis, sinusitis everything. I spend the whole winter sick. But since taking this i do mot get sick. I got the begining of strep throat because i stop taking this for like 2 weeks because i run out of it. But its an amazing product. Must buy

Sulfites Allergy Warning!
Even if eating garlic w/out a reaction the highly concentrated amount is very likely to trigger a reaction. This is a high quality product! 100% stablized allicin is the only way to get the full scope of medicinal benefits of garlic 🧄 other than eating a lot of raw garlic! Highly recommend it to anyone who doe NOT have a sulfite allergy. Also recommend that an allergy warning be added to this product.

Magic pill for SIBO
This pill is a magic for methane SIBO. I have it and tried everything: low fodmop diet, oregano oil, probiotic yogurt, berberine. None of them worked. Its been 6 months of suffering:( Antibiotic wasn’t an option yet due to my appointment with IG doctor November. Chatgpt advised to try Allicin. And oh boy , it changed everything. For months I was like an 8 month pregnant, and this supplement reduced my symptoms to almost none. I take it twice a day, and the difference is huuge: almost none bloating, no fatulence, no discomfort. If you have methane sibo , this is your best bet if you don’t have an access to Rifaximin

Great for killing bad bacteria, and safe for the good bacteria in your gut
This stuff is great for your gut. If you have biotic flora or you have a lot of bad bacteria in your gut, this will straighten your bowels out. I use about a dropper full in my tea in the morning. It won’t kill the good bacteria that your bowels need. So you can use it while you’re using probiotics. This is totally worth trying. Take it for at least two weeks before you decide. This is a forever product for me because I’ve always had overgrowth of bad bacteria and bloating.
