    Amazing value and setup, and eliminates the fake sugar aftertaste of SF drinks!

    The whole setup of this one is fantastic. The bag of electrolytes containing 150 servings will last me a great long while, and the shaker ball and bottle is icing on the cake. I’ve been using it to do a chocolate protein shake from powder, and the shaker ball gets everything very well mixed, electrolytes and all, with no floating chunks leftover. In addition, the protein shake mix I use is sugar free and uses monkfruit as the sweetener, which is a better natural sugar alternative, but it typically leaves a not amazing aftertaste. I’ve found that by adding the electrolyte mix to the sugar-free protein drink mix, the salt and electrolytes actually balance the flavors beautifully and dramatically improve the protein drink mix, so a major bonus!As for the electrolyte mix – it is unflavored so mixes nicely with all sorts of things from protein drinks to smoothies to water flavor mixes, and so on. I am on a ketogenic diet and that paired with an autoimmune and autonomic disease makes me especially prone to salt wasting and electrolyte imbalance. For whatever reason, most electrolyte mixes make me feel worse, and make me feel jittery. I feel like they’re not quite the right balance for me. This one actually helps me feel my best and doesn’t throw me off. The fact that there are no fat, calories, or carbs also means this mix doesn’t negatively impact my macros, so double bonus. Sometimes if I need a quick electrolyte fix separate from my post-workout electrolyte protein drinks, I mix in water and do a quick squirt of Stur water enhancer over ice which is a delicious pick me up.The taste on its own is definitely electrolyte-y. Salty, etc., which I don’t hate, but if that’s not your jam, it’s very easy to mix with all sorts of things as mentioned. I love that there are 0 questionable ingredients. No weird fillers or things that will spike glucose, etc.

    After a week of usage

    Haven’t tried it yet , but please make a separate product without the cup and lower the cost, we don’t all need the cup again. Will update how it works soon.Edit- Works real well , too well perhaps, which isn’t a bad thing, Just had to lower the daily intake.

    For being unflavored, it sure has a lot of flavor… Salty and sweet, (per scoop)I’m going to have to buy a separate flavor to masque it.

    Excellent electrolyte formula

    This is an excellent electrolyte formula. There is about half the sodium that many other formulas use, so if you are watching your daily sodium intake, especially on days without heavy workout or sports activity, this won’t overload your sodium intake as much. Also nice that there isn’t sugar and added calories, or artificial sweeteners. Some may find the taste bland, but I prefer just a plain electrolyte when I’m working out. I drink this for the electrolyte benefit and don’t need it to taste like a soda pop. The magnesium, potassium, and calcium seem to be well proportioned, and there is vitamins c and e. This does come in a large pouch instead of individual packets, which I prefer, although some formulas I’ve tried packaged this way eventually start to harden. I haven’t had this long enough to determine that, but so far it is fine. I like the included scoop, and it does mix well with water. I prefer my own water bottle as it fits into the pouch in my gym bag, so I didn’t really need the included bottle. And since it mixed well with water with a few shakes of the water bottle I didn’t need the little mixing contraption. I think it would have been better to leave out the bottle and mixer and the rather large box and just sell the electrolyte in the bag, and pass any cost saving on to the consumer. And I’m a bit confused about why they targeted their marketing to an Alfaman and carnivore diet. This is just an electrolyte power to be mixed with water. There’s nothing advanced about the hydration and doesn’t necessarily result in peak performance, and it won’t unleash your inner beast, which were all listed on the packaging. This product would be equally useful for women, but the marketing may discourage women from looking. I find the packaging and marketing annoying, but it is still an excellent electrolyte formula and a good value considering there are 150 servings, so it still gets five stars from me. If I find that it unleashes my inner beast I’ll update this review.

    Tastes great when you mix it properly! I have been working in a hot environment and sweating a lot and I’ve flown through one bag and I just ordered a second.

    Good balance of electrolytes, bottle could be bigger

    I like that this electrolyte mix has a straightforward ingredient list without any added sugar or artificial flavors. It mixes easily, has a clean, unflavored taste, and provides a nice balance of sodium, potassium, and magnesium. The sodium content is moderate at 500 mg per serving, so it’s enough for everyday hydration or after a regular workout, but it’s not as high as some electrolyte mixes designed for endurance athletes or heavy sweaters.A minor disappointment was that the bottle was noticeably smaller than the one shown in the photos. It works perfectly well for carrying a serving on the go, but definitely feels like it holds less liquid for a longer, more intense workout or a longer run outdoors in hotter weather. Other than that, the electrolyte powder itself has been a good addition to my routine.Great value for the clean formula, amount of servings and the thought put into the presentation.

    Clean formula, but no noticeable difference for me

    I used this electrolyte powder mainly before giving blood and lab tests, since I tend to run a little dehydrated and usually rely on electrolyte products to help my hydration beforehand. I like the idea of a sugar-free, zero-calorie, zero-carb electrolyte mix geared toward carnivore and keto-style diets, and the simple formula definitely fits that niche.However, I did not notice any noticeable difference compared to other electrolyte products I’ve used. My energy, hydration, and overall feeling were basically the same as with my usual electrolyte mixes. It was an OK product for me, but it did not stand out in terms of results. I know it is designed for carnivore-style diets, and I was not eating a carnivore diet while using it, so I don’t know if that contributed to my lack of noticeable benefit.Pros:• Sugar free, zero calories, and zero carbs• Unflavored, so it mixes into water without a strong, sweet taste• Simple ingredient profile tailored to carnivore, keto, and low-carb lifestyles• Easy to use for daily hydration, workouts, fasting, or low-carb eatingCons:• I personally did not notice any clear difference in hydration or energy• Plain taste may not appeal to everyone if you prefer flavored drinks• Benefits may be more noticeable for strict carnivore or keto users than for general users• Price may feel high if you do not experience distinct resultsOverall, this is a decent option if you want a very clean, zero-sugar electrolyte powder that fits carnivore or low-carb diets.     Unflavored electrolyte powder that can be used by anyone despite the name

    I am definitely not the intended target for this ALFAMAN carnivore diet electrolyte powder, but I do use a lot of electrolytes during my running and cycling workouts, and sometimes I want to add extra electrolytes to another product without doubling either the flavoring or fluid volume. I tried this product in plain water first to give it a test, and it does not taste salty, but there is a slight tang (?) to it. When added to a flavored electrolyte powder, I would say it just enhances the flavor. It’s nice that a shaker bottle is included with this item (the one in my photo is a different bottle, the included one is just as pictured in the listing), and I like that the scoop is packaged separately so you don’t have to dig through the powder to find it. The powder itself is very fine and comes in a resealable bag, which allows the user to use as much or as little as they want, rather than individual packets. Obviously this makes it less portable than packets, but it is a better value, so you just have to measure it out at home. It mixes in well eventually, but it takes quite a bit of shaking to get it all dissolved.
