Perfect all in one!
I was in the midst of a cold when I started taking the Alaya Immunity blend. I was happy to say my runny nose dried up after a few days. I love the ingredients and have taken them in a drink that was not very good, and separately with a chalky zinc pill which was tough to swallow. Having all of these all natural, and effective ingredients in one small coated, easy to swallow vitamin makes this the perfect all in one! I highly recommend these products.
