    If you take it faithfully it works. Not overnight like anything else

    When the first got this I was faithfully using every day. My nails looked great, my hair was healthier, my skin was glowy and nourished and all around I felt more energy and better. The taste is not bad considering I’ve tried others that ended up in the garbage. The scooper is nice that’s included. I used it in my coffee first thing in the morning. Would be good in smoothies as well. I have to to get back to my daily routine.

    It Does Work

    I was skeptical of this, but it did work. After about a month and a half, it ended up softening my hair and made it healthier. My skin has more of a dewy glow to it as well. I wasn’t expecting this result but it also helped depuff my eyes for some reason and I was surprised. Great product!
