Alaya’s biotin has my hair in many ways. My hair used to be dry and brittle. And, there wasn’t a lot of shine to it. In a few weeks, after I started taking it, I started noticing my hair being more tame and wasn’t so tangled to brush through. Its soft, stronger and fuller. At one time, I thought I was going bald from all the hair I was losing. I no longer shed hair as I did before.

I noticed my nails and skin do look good and my nails are certainly stronger and growing faster. I was hoping for stronger hair as I’m in my 40s and my hair is falling out more than it is growing in now. I’m happy with this product and will be giving the product about a year since the Biotin has to help with new growth. New growth is evident on my nails so the new growth for my hair could be coming and it might be more noticeable at the one year. I’m still hopeful.
