It’s a little heavy on some of the ingredients
I won’t be taking this particular brand long-term because I’m not thrilled with it having 14-in-1 ingredients and my not being able to control each of the individual ingredients. But I did want to try it to see if I felt any benefits from taking it and I know some of these ingredients are really good for your eyes.From my understanding of personal research, this product is a little high on the lutein, Zeaxanthin, and copper. In fact, the first two ingredients I mentioned they actually have double the recommended dosage. And as the package states the main ingredient is triple strength. Most of the others are within standard recommendation ranges. Although sometimes they erred on the high-end and other times they erred on the low end. But some of these supplements I just don’t feel I need or want to be taking every single day.That being said, it has a very long shelflife. My package doesn’t expire until March 2029.You get 120 softgels which is a four month supply.I’ve not noticed any side effects from taking these pills. You should take them on a filled stomach or with a meal. Some of these ingredients are oil based and they need to be taken with food. So I try to remember to take mine every evening when I eat dinner whereas all my other supplements I take at bedtime..It’s a good product to have in the price point is very very reasonable.

Not only is this really seem to be easy to add to my daily regimen, but I also have my son taking it now as well. After reading about how good this is for you, I thought it might be best for him since he wears glasses to be on this as well. These capsules are not too big to swallow and I have not noticed any upset stomach or bad burps associated with taking this. The lutein is specifically used in this product as a way to prevent eye fatigue from heavy computer/cellular device use that derives from the blue light in modern day tech screens. The product also includes many other beneficial supplements added in such as Vitamins B6 & B12 to promote metabolism and nervous system health, Selenium used to promote healthy immune functions along with Vitamin E, Zinc, Copper and more to promote an overall healthy nervous system, immunity function, prevent skin dehydration, and healthy blood flow.The soft gels are small brownish-red colored soft gels that look like little beans. There are 120 soft gels in the pack, recommended servings are 1 per day, allowing for a 4 month supply. There is no bad taste or aftertaste, it is extremely affordable and a great value for the cost to have this supplement last that long. Fair warning, this product does contain seed oils, so for those who may have allergies to soy and grapeseed, be cautious; however, it hasn’t caused any issues on my end, it is recommended to be taken with food and water, but otherwise it is very easy to swallow and no known issues or side effects at the moment. Good value for a supplement
I have been taking Astaxanthin for several months now and was happy to try this brand. I find it to be effective at reducing the likelihood or severity of a sunburn (but please note I still protect my skin from burn!) and also makes my complexion slightly less pale.The supplement is easy to take, the capsules are small and work in to my daily routine. I have not observed any side effects from using it.In addition to the Astaxanthin this contains Lutein and Zeaxanthin which are carotenoids found in Whole Foods that are known to have benefits for eyesight. I saw that it helps with blue light exposure, and while I cannot verify that in my own experience I really hope it does as we all have too much screen exposure these days!It is worth noting that it does contain soybean oil and grapeseed oil, which I generally try to avoid, but I do think its such a trace amount that it has little effect.This is a great value and I think an excellent addition for anyone with pale skin- not only will it make you less pale but it will decrease your risk of a sunburn! I definitely recommend this product!

“Small Softgels, With Potential”
Like many supplements, it can be difficult to judge the full effects after only a short period of use. I am currently about halfway through the 120 softgels included in the 14-in-1 Aiwevon Astaxanthin package. This product contains Lutein for your eyes, which initially caught my attention. While I have not yet noticed major results, I already appreciate several things about this product.First, the softgels are very easy to swallow, making them simple and convenient to add to a daily routine. The supplements also appear fresh, and I like knowing they are Non-GMO. I am especially interested in whether continued use may benefit my vision and help improve a dry skin area over time.At this stage, I remain optimistic and feel good about continuing to incorporate this supplement into my daily vitamin regimen.
