Probiotic Kombucha Gummies, Prebiotic Postbiotic Gummies are “kombucha” gummies that contain mostly sugar, plus very small amounts of gut-supporting digestion friendly ingredients including slippery elm bark, dandelion root, two probiotic strains, and soluble fiber which is a pre-biotic. They do not taste or smell like Kombucha.As a gummy, they are very average. The texture is extra chewy and they outside of the gummies stick together in the jar and leave a residue on your fingers. They are easy to take in that no water is needed and certainly faster than brewing your own kombucha with a mother.I didn’t notice any change in my digestion or how I feel, other than needing to brush my teeth to remove the gummy residue. They are a bit under 50 cents a serving (two gummies), which is expensive for gummies but much less expensive than real kombucha purchased at the grocery store. If these are effective for you, and you do not like the taste of kombucha, they are worth a try.

This has become one of my favorite supplements to take. Not only are they delicious, but they’re full of lots of good stuff, too.I ordered these because I have been having some digestive issues. I was expecting the gummies to be a little tart, but they are surprisingly sweet. They are also small and easy to chew.Besides kombucha, they contain lots of other good stuff like dandelion root, slippery root and fiber. Since I started to take these a few weeks ago, my digestive system does seem much happier. I have changed my diet also by cutting out dairy (which I am sensitive to), but these seem to have benefited me quite well and I look forward to taking them daily.I’ve had no side effects and I think these are an effective, high quality item offered at a great price!

A nice starting point for gut health
These actually taste pretty good, which makes them easy to stick with. After taking them consistently, I’ve noticed some mild improvements in my digestion. I seem to have less bloating after meals and a little more regularity.That said, the changes have been pretty subtle for me. Human Trials show this helps with IBS-D.
First of all the taste is GREAT – so if you have an uncooperative pill swallowing person – or a non-pill swallower, this is a great alternative. Secondly, the prebiotic in it did not cause any GI symptoms for me. I have had prebiotics cause issues in the past. Third, the most exciting thing I have to report is that the strain in this product called Bacillus Coagulans MTCC 5856, has had HUMAN TRIALS with IBS-D and the trials have had positive results – so this is not just ‘guessing’ that it is a good idea, or even a ‘suggestion.’ This strain is rated particularly highly for abdominal pain and stool-form improvement in IBS-D, and it certainly helped me in that area. This product is a winner all around for me. Hopefully my experience will help others decide if this is the right product for them.
