Certainly, there are numerous studies toting a range of benefits, depending on the issue being addressed. I wanted to boost cognition.While I did notice a very minor boost a handful of times when taking it during the day, I noticed nothing when taking it before bed, which is the recommended time. Because I can be sensitive to supplements, I started with just one capsule per day.The first time I took 2, I also took 1 gotu kola. An hour or so later, I started feeling a vibration inside my right side upper chest. It felt exactly like having a cell phone set to vibrate ringing inside my body. I wasn’t holding a phone and had nothing else against me. After about 4 hours of intermittent vibration, it stopped.I took a few days off from the lithium and everything else, then tried 2 capsules with nothing else. An hour or so later, I felt the vibration, but just once. Obviously, the AiVital complex has quite a few things in it other than lithium. I’ve tried them all separately in the past, except for the magnesium glycinate.Regardless, whether my reaction was due to the lithium, the magnesium glycinate, or some combination of ingredients, I don’t feel safe finishing the bottle. I would recommend seeking a doctor’s advice prior to starting this supplement, particularly if you have heart issues.
