The vitamin content seems good, as it is made with a proprietary blend of vitamins, including a lot of Vitamin C, which is the main thing I am looking for. They are extremely easy to swallow. Because of the hot weather the gummies are all stuck together. The are tasty but l can’t get them out of the bottle. Not the manufacturers fault.

Next order came preserved in a cardboard box instead. Much better!I take these and give to my daughter every time there’s yet another “bug” running around. My co-workers all get sick- and I don’t.
