Please consult with your doctor before adding this supplement to your routine!I’m still on the fence about this supplement. Having to take 4 tablets a day is quite a lot, but not unheard of. Besides the main ingredient, Glucosamine, it has some interesting ingredients. A lot are standardized, and I can see they use the Trademarked versions of the choice ingredients, which is impressive. Even the turmeric is the most powerful curcuminoid: the Trademarked “Meriva”. Hence the strong turmeric odor when I opened the bottle!Taking it for a week and a half now, and I am maybe negligibly feeling better? It probably takes longer for the full effect to really kick in and if it does, I will add more to this review.The price is high, but the quality is top tier.I’m optimistic that when I finish my bottle, I will have some kind of relief from my wrist pain, but so far, I feel it’s starting to work a maybe a little. I’ll see if the price justifies the quality.I can see why 4 tablets is the recommended dose, once I did some research on these other ingredients. I can see how they could work synergistically with each other.This isn’t your average Joint combination; this one seems to be quite unique.I suggest speaking to your doctor, though, if you’re thinking about adding these to your routine!

With many dietary supplements, it’s uncertain how much efficacy over time is caused with its introduction compared to not having that as part of the diet. If one were to follow the dosage, four tablets today seems overly frequent and some of the active ingredients seem like they can be found in less expensive versions from competing vendors.This Advanced Joint Support supplement from Advanced Bio Nutritionals doesn’t seem to offer too much more than the enhanced version of Move-Free at a significant cast increase, and even after taking this for a fair amount of time, I do not fully see a discernible or obvious change in alleviating my joint pain. Lastly, they claimed this is manufactured in the US, but there is no indication on the bottle or from their website exactly where that facility is.
