Notice some effects
I just started taking this product a week ago and I’m not sure the supplement has changed my skin or my sleep yet. However, I do notice I do not crave sweets as much as I have. That is due to the inositol, which only contains 110 mg per pill. I usually take 500mg per dosage due to my PCOS. But I do notice the change with these.The capsules are easy to swallow and one bottle could last for over 60 days.
