Helps with energy
I didn’t know what to expect from this product but I’m vreally pleased so far. It shipped and arrived super quick which was awesome. The pills (capsules) are surprisingly easy to swallow with no unpleasant taste with them. They are another form of B3 and supposed to help with energy, metabolism, cell growth and aging. I’ve been taking them for a little under a week now and I definitely feel a little bump in energy which is great. I take them with my lunch as I know I get a little sluggish in the afternoon. And I don’t have a hard time falling asleep at night so thankfully it doesn’t affect that. Excited to see what else these help with.

1st and 2nd pregnancy
Toom these through tummy 1st pregnancy and now taking through my second. Had no issues. I did have one pill burst in the bottle on me but that was probably my own fault. I also had to take iron at the end of my 1st pregnancy but that happens sometimes. These are great I like that you only have to take one and they are coated very well to where there is no taste or smell. Easy to swallow as well. Contains dha which covers everything you need in a prenatal.

Helps with morning sickness and decreased cravings. My first and second pregnancies were night and day thanks to these vitamins! My first I felt sick and depleted especially when breastfeeding. During my second pregnancy I had less cravings and actually felt good. I actually still take them even though I’m not pregnant and would recommend them to anybody.

Been using these prenatal vitamins since March 2022 when I started trying for kids. Used them all the way through my 1st pregnancy and still using them not in my 2nd pregnancy. They are great! I’ve tried other prenatal vitamins but they made me super nauseous. These have not made me nauseous. Can have them on an empty stomach. There is a slight fishy smell to them because of the omega-3 fatty but it’s not that bad comparing to other vitamins. Only downside is they are a little pricey but totally worth it!
