This box has 10 packets, if you drink one per day that’s about 10 days worth. You should mix it with a very small amount of water (50g or about 1 oz/shot glass). You can even just take the packet raw which…is an experience I guess. It does taste like cranberry, just don’t think you can throw this into a 24oz bottle and still taste the cranberry. Honestly I could go for a flavorless one just so I could throw it in my 24oz bottle.Now it’s not unheard of for certain bacteria to be able to survive in these kinds of conditions, but I’d excersize caution and look into the company and manufacturer for independent lab testing to make sure the contents are as they say in the listing. I’m not sure 100B bacteria are going to be beneficial if they’re dead. They don’t even list if they’re live or what varieties they are on the listing page.

These are good for on the go! I travel from time to time and just threw these in my bag to take everyday. You mix them with water or whatever and it does have a nice cranberry taste if you don’t put a lot of water with it. You can mix about a shot of water. To be fair you can just throw this in a bottle of water and it is relatively tasteless. I didn’t have any stomach issues on my vacation so I would call this a win! Sometimes I get upset stomach eating out when I travel and I believe it is because of this stuff that I felt great so I would say it is an effective product. Overall I am super happy with these.

Easy to mix travel packets that easily support an on the go lifestyle. The packets have a very mild cranberry taste but are easily incorporated with juice if you choose to mix them with that instead of water. I’ll agree with other reviewers that there are only a few pouches in the box so it won’t last very long. But there are just enough pouches to take this box on vacation with you to ensure while you’re away that your digestion and gut comfort is not disrupted.
