8 in 1 Magnesium Complex for Women & Men 426mg seems like a well-made supplement overall. The bottle arrived fresh, properly sealed, and everything felt clean and standard in terms of quality.The main downside for me is the pill size and dosage. The capsules are pretty large (which is typical for magnesium blends), but I personally struggle with swallowing them comfortably. On top of that, taking 3 a day feels like a lot to keep up with consistently, even if that’s the recommended serving.I do think the formula itself is solid and likely effective, but the practicality of actually taking it every day is what brings it down for me. If you’re fine with larger pills and multiple doses, it could be a good option.
