Has Like All The Magnesiums In Only Two Capsules
Magnesium is one of the first things I added to my daily wellness routine and I can’t imagine life without it anymore. If there are more types of Magnesium Supplements than are in these capsules I’ve never heard of them. The capsules are of a normal size and pretty smooth. They neither smell or taste of anything really which makes the two you have to take pretty easy to swallow. They are high quality and I would get these again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Complete Magnesium Supplement.
