Not great tasting but some good results
After taking this extract for a month, I do feel a difference in my joints. It’s less painful so I’m thinking it has reduced my inflammation. The garlic also helped with my bloating and gas problems. The only challenge is the taste but it’s not horrible but it’s not candy either. No pain no gain. The two month supply is a great value. I’m low in Vitamin D so I’m going to have my doctor test my level on the next visit. Hopefully this extract did its job there too.

Smoky flavor
This product has a very smoky flavor that is actually quite strong and was totally unexpected. That having been said it does go nicely when blended into beverages that have strong flavors. The small liquid dropper form offers a great way to consume the combination of ingredients, including vitamins, ginger, cinnamon, etc., making it easy to use. These ingredients are considered to be useful for pain relief from inflammation, as well as other things including weight loss, though obviously everyone’s experience can vary – I like turmeric for help with inflammation, hence I thought this would be a good product for me.

The 7 in 1 liquid turmeric with vitamin D3 and K2 came packaged individually wrapped and sealed in a bag. As someone who is always low in vitamin D, I like to try different products that might be able to increase my levels. The price is great considering you get a 2 month supply. The glass bottle and dropper show that they have put thought into the quality of the product. I belive that having the D3 and the K2 together will help with how the body processes the vitamins. As far as the other ingredients are concerned I have heard good things and I am looking to see how they help. The taste is so so, it has a smokey undertone that is not that bad but the directions say you can mix with liquid.

This 7-in-1 Liquid Turmeric Curcumin with Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2, Ginger, Ceylon Cinnamon, Garlic, and Black Pepper comes in two packs of 30 ml each. I am usually hesitant to use liquid supplements or tinctures, as I am a big baby when it comes to taste. When my daughter was little, I often felt jealous of the variety of flavors she had for her liquid medications. I once asked the pharmacist if he could flavor my cough medicine, and he looked at me sideways. This supplement, when put in 1-2 ounces of water, literally tasted like nothing. It was definitely a pleasant surprise. Considering liquid supplements are more bioavailable, along with being quite deficient in vitamin D, this supplement just became my favorite daily D3. Additionally, the inclusion of K2, which is essential when supplementing with D3, is a good value even without factoring in the benefits of ginger, cinnamon, garlic, and black pepper. You can add it to other things and not worry about altering the taste. Just 1 ml per day is all it takes, and the dropper has a handy print that includes the proper measurement. Since I have my levels tested regularly, I will report back after 30 days to let you know if my D levels are increased or maintained.

I’ve been using this liquid turmeric curcumin blend for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The combination of all the 7 ingredients is great for my inflammation and immune support, and the added Vitamin D3 and K2 are great for bone and heart health. Now I don’t have to take all the extra supplement pills which is great. The taste is surprisingly mild for a formula with so many strong ingredients. It’s slightly spicy for me but quickly goes away. The liquid format is super convenient and absorbs quickly. The dropper has measurements so I know how much I’m taking each time. My joints don’t seem as stiff which I like. I love that it comes in a 2-pack, offering a full two-month supply. It’s a great value for the quality of ingredients. I think this is a great all in one wellness boost without having to take so many capsules for each ingredient.
