Two Month Supply!
This is a great multi-vitamin because it contains the supplements I take on a regular basis. From my research, I’ve read that liquid supplements are absorbed more quickly and efficiently than if you take pills or capsules. I’m especially delighted that this supplement contains the combo D3 + K2, turmeric and Ceylon cinnamon, as I normally take these in three separate pill forms every day – so way less pills to swallow! I’ve researched and found that when combined with vitamin K2, vitamin D3 where it is said to helps move calcium into your bones, which it is said to prevent it from forming deposits in your arteries and blood vessels. I’ve also read that Turmeric and Ceylon cinnamon are anti-inflammatories. I’m hoping the research is right and am taking these very important supplements daily! I hope it works like I’ve read! Comes in a glass bottle with a convenient dropper, value-priced and seems to be very good quality.

Well rounded & Palatable
No complaints here, this product is exactly as advertised. Manufactured in India. Awesome complex with Turmeric listed as the most potent ingredient. It contains ALL good things such as Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2, Ginger, Ceylon Cinnamon, Garlic and Black Pepper. The Other ingredients are Vegetable (I’m assuming oil?) and Purified Water. Recommended dose is 1ml (1 or 2 times a day). The dropper in my bottle required a few small squeezes before filling up to 1ml mark. The bottle is tinted glass. Expiration date on my product: 6/2028 Servings per container is about 60 with a serving size of 0.5ml. Flavor wise, these drops aren’t terrible. Imagine this combination: Cinnamon water, Turmeric & Black Pepper with a hint of sweetness. Yup. Strange, but not bad. I’m not running for a glass of water each time I take my dose. It can easily be blended in with coffee, smoothies or shakes without being too noticeable.

This is the easiest turmeric to take. One dropper full added to my morning coffee and no longer taking 4 giant capsules daily to get the benefits of turmeric.

I’ve been really impressed with this 7in1 Liquid Turmeric Curcumin supplement. The combination of turmeric with Vitamin D3, K2, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, and black pepper makes it feel like a complete wellness boost in one convenient drop. Wish I Noticed a Difference, but Sadly I Didn’t
I used this in my coffee as directed daily until it was gone. It tasted fine, no upset stomach at all. Easy to use dropper. I can’t vouch for it’s effectiveness as I’m not really sure that it actually did anything beneficial for me. I took it for inflammation and I sadly didn’t notice a difference. Can’t confirm it’s quality either, as that would have to undergo testing, which I am not in a position to perform. Supplements have a tendency to work for some & not others. This didn’t do anything for me.

It’s a simple way to get the benefits of turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon one or two times a day.I only gave it four stars because I’m not sure that I like the fact that it has 250 percent of the recommended daily amount of D3. I already get enough of that in other sources and I was just looking for something that was more just turmeric and cinnamon. But if that is a concern of yours just cut down the dose like I did.

This supplement has a surprisingly good taste to it. I wouldn’t call it great, but it is much more palatable than some others I’ve tried. The quality seems to be good. The value for the product also seems good. Overall, this is a good value for the product.
