    De los mejores.

Aunque más costoso que otras marcas, es de los más efectivos que he utilizado. Los que vienen en sobre son excelentes para cuando se está de viaje.

A Solid Daily Nitric Oxide Booster

I have been using this supplement to help with my workout recovery and daily endurance. Each individual packet contains 5,500mg of L-arginine along with 1,100mg of L-citrulline. It comes in a few different flavors including grape, raspberry and orange. The brand behind it, L-Arginine Pro, is well-regarded and has a solid reputation in the fitness and supplement community for making clean formulas. The label states that it can be taken daily, though I found that taking it twice a day on an empty stomach as suggested was a bit too harsh for my digestive system. Tapering down to once a day right before hitting the gym works much better for me and avoids any unpleasant side effects. As far as the ingredients go, the formula is vegan but you should always double-check the back of the packaging if you have severe sensitivities to common allergens. In terms of performance, the effectiveness is definitely there. It gives a noticeable, steady boost to my energy levels and endurance during cardio or strength training without any sudden caffeine crash afterward. The grape flavor tastes pretty good on its own, though it is a bit tart and reminds me of a fruity sweet tart. If you want to cut down on the tartness, mixing in a little bit of local honey makes a big difference. The powder itself dissolves well in water without leaving a bunch of gritty residue at the bottom of your bottle, but the physical packets are a little wide. It can be tough to pour the powder into a standard water bottle opening without spilling some of it. At $75.88 for the bulk pack, the value for money is reasonable because you get a strong dose and the convenience of travel-friendly single servings.

Surprisingly good flavor makes this easy to stick with

I ordered this L-Arginine Plus L-Citrulline grape drink mix as a daily nitric oxide support supplement, mainly to help support circulation and workout performance. I was curious about the combination of higher-dose L-Arginine (5,500mg) with L-Citrulline (1,100mg) since both are commonly used for blood flow and “pump” support during exercise, and the grape flavor made it sound a lot more pleasant than typical amino acid powders. My first impression was honestly how good the taste is. A lot of supplements in this category can be bitter or have that chalky amino acid aftertaste, but this one mixes into a drink that is actually enjoyable. It dissolves fairly well and is easy to take consistently, which matters more than people think with daily supplements. Since this is a performance and circulation-focused formula, the expectation is improved blood flow, better workout pumps, and possibly more endurance during physical activity. I can’t say I felt anything dramatic or immediate, but it does sit well in the stomach and doesn’t have that harsh “supplement bite” some powders do. It feels more like a flavored drink than something medicinal, which makes it easier to incorporate into a routine.Overall, this is a solid option if someone is specifically looking for a grape-flavored L-Arginine and L-Citrulline blend they can actually enjoy drinking daily. The main strength here is definitely taste and ease of use, since that directly impacts consistency. I do think the price is on the higher side compared to similar nitric oxide powders, so that’s something to weigh depending on how much value you place on flavor and mixability versus cost per serving. For me, it’s a good fit for light to moderate supplement use, especially for anyone who struggles with the taste of typical amino acid mixes, but it may not stand out enough on performance alone to justify a premium price for everyone.

High-dose L-arginine/citrulline blend for nitric oxide support

L-ARGININE PRO delivers a substantial 5,500 mg of L-arginine plus 1,100 mg of L-citrulline per serving, which is a clinically meaningful dose for boosting nitric oxide (NO) production. This combination is well-documented to support vasodilation, improve blood flow, and enhance exercise performance, endurance, and recovery. The grape powder adds flavor and antioxidants, contributing to a pleasant drinking experience. The high L-arginine content stands out—most supplements cap at 3–5 g, so 5.5 g is on the higher end and provides significant NO support. L-citrulline supplements arginine levels by converting to it in the kidneys, which helps sustain NO production longer and reduces potential gastric discomfort from high-dose arginine alone.Dosage-wise, one serving provides an effective NO boost. Users should be cautious: high-dose arginine can cause GI upset, lower blood pressure, or interact with medications like blood thinners or blood pressure drugs. If you’re on medication or have health conditions, consult a doctor first. The mix does dissolve easily, the taste has grape tones but is not super sweet. This is a value driven, potent formula for nitric oxide support and cardiovascular health. The combination of high-dose L-arginine and L-citrulline, along with the added grape powder, makes this a strong choice for performance and blood flow enhancement.

    Yuck.

I was really hoping for a good drink mix, and the list of vitamins included here looked very encouraging!Yuck. This tastes just like the marriage of a low-quality grape drink mix combined with terrible ground up vitamins. The net effect is REALLY bad. I would rather swallow 20 pills than have to take a sip of this concoction. Just terrible with a taste of ground aspirin.

High-dose arginine + citrulline powder that mixes well and tastes decent.

Got the L-ARGININE PRO grape powder through Vine. It’s a high-dose mix — 5,500 mg L-Arginine plus 1,100 mg L-Citrulline per serving — aimed at supporting nitric oxide and blood flow.Mixes pretty easily in water with minimal clumping. Grape flavor is fine — not overly sweet or artificial, closer to a mild sports drink. I take it in the morning or pre-workout. After a few weeks I’ve noticed a bit more of a “pumped” feeling during training and slightly better endurance on longer sessions, though results can vary person to person.Convenient powder format instead of swallowing a handful of capsules. No major stomach issues for me at this dose. It’s on the pricier side for a month’s supply, but the dose is higher than most similar products.Solid option if you’re looking for a high-potency arginine/citrulline blend in drink form. As with any supplement, check with a doctor if you have health conditions.

    ✨🍇 stimless pre-workout wearing grape kool-aid drag 🍇✨

some days i want a pre-workout.some days i do not want caffeine kicking the door in like it owns the lease.this is where stimless pre-workout earns its little gym-bag citizenship. i like having something that supports the workout without making me feel like my skeleton has opened a group chat. no jittery nonsense, no “why can i hear my thoughts blinking”, no 9pm regret because i took something too late and now my soul is doing burpees.this one is very much giving grape kool-aid.and i mean that as praise.not delicate vineyard. not “natural grape essence whispered near a packet”. grape kool-aid. purple childhood beverage energy, but now it has l-arginine and l-citrulline and believes in nitric oxide. personal growth is strange.taste-wise, i actually really like it. sweet, grape-y, easy to drink, and not one of those fitness powders where every sip feels like punishment with electrolytes. it mixed well enough for me and did not sit there in the shaker looking like purple beach sand with unresolved texture issues.as a stimless pre-workout, it gives what i want it to give. no caffeine panic, just that supported workout feeling where circulation, endurance, and general “yes, i can finish this set without bargaining with god” all feel a bit more encouraged. i am not claiming it turned me into an olympian. please. i am still a woman with laundry. but it did make my workout feel better without making me weird.the packet format is also convenient because i do not always want a giant tub living on the counter like a protein goblin. packets are easy to toss in a bag, easy to dose, and harder to accidentally overdo unless you are committed to chaos.at $75.88 for 60 packets, this is about 7.6 chais. if you’re new to my reviews, chai is currency. welcome to my table. chais are currently sitting around $10 in the current nyc chaiconomy, and 7.6 chais is not casual. but if you actually use stimless pre-workout regularly and want packets instead of tub theatre, the cost makes more sense. it is still a “you should know you like this category” purchase, not a casual purple experiment.✨tl;dr✨ grape kool-aid energy in stimless pre-workout form. tastes good, mixes well enough, comes in convenient packets, and gives the workout support i want without caffeine chaos. pricey, but doing exactly what it came to do.

    Good, tart, effective…?

These taste exactly like the grape drink that came in those little plastic barrel-shaped containers with the foil tops on them in the 90s if your mom had been in charge of adding the sugar (they tart). They’re tasty and weirdly nostalgic. I usually take a simple mito boost with creatine and citrulline for chronic muscle spasm. I feel more of an impact on pain and spasms from creatine and citrulline than I do from argenine, which makes sense given their modes of action and what my mitochondria are doing (mainly sucking at complex II-related tasks). I still wanted to see if adding argenine could improve things a little more. I honestly haven’t noticed much of an effect after 3 weeks of adding it to my daily stack. I do notice a small difference between taking this alone and taking nothing, so it is effective to some degree (that could just be the small amount of citrulline it does have, though). It’s got an okay amount of vitamin D3 and folate (not folic acid) added to the ingredient list, but I can rule out their impact on me personally given the dose. I’ll pay close attention when I go back to just creatine and citrulline to see if there’s a significant change.Overall, this is may be a decent-tasting option for an NO stack depending on what your particular cellular metabolism situation looks like. I don’t think the cost/benefit comes out in favor of it being a good value for my particular mitochondrial goings-on and goals.
