Specifically, lion’s mane has been clinically proven (in mice) to reduce plaque in their brains in as little as 30 days. The second ingredient, black pepper has been used for centuries in herbal medicine. The ingredient BioPerine (piperine) increases absorption by as much as 20X of other ingredients – effectively making them more powerful.Normally, I prefer single ingredient supplements; however, this is an exception. The addition of black pepper makes the lion’s mane more effective. I recommend this supplement plus turmeric for daily use.Please consult with your healthcare provider when considering which supplements are right for you.

Can’t tell a difference
There are two ways I can go about this review: does Lion’s Mane do what people claim, and does this product deliver Lion’s Mane adequately? Well, I have no way to do either one properly, so I’ll combine them. First, I’ve read up on what it’s supposed to do, but I’ve noticed little or no benefits, especially not improvements in diabetes or depression. Maybe it’s a long-term thing and I haven’t been taking it long enough, or maybe these pills don’t really deliver it in a form my body can use. I’ve never taken Lion’s Mane before and can’t compare how these pills do against others, or against raw Lion’s Mane, so I’m going to give this the benefit of the doubt considering how many people have received help from it. I have no reason to doubt there’s really Lion’s Mane in here, but the fact remains I’m seeing no benefit from it yet. I won’t knock these pills for having no effect when all they’re really doing is providing Lion’s Mane and letting it do its thing. I plan to get other Lion’s Mane and see if I can contrast and compare, at which time I’ll update this review.

250 mg Capsules
I have been taking Lion’s Mane for a few months now and I think it does improve my focus and help me lose that tired, foggy feeling I get when I don’t get enough sleep. This particular brand is new to me. When I got it I thought I was getting 500 me pills because it says that in two places in the write up.. It states that they are 500 mg but they are actually 250 mg. The serving size is 2 capsules. The directions are take 1 to 2 tablets once or twice per day. So depending on your dose it could last between 22 and 90 days.

I’m not going to lie and say that I’m seeing a crazy difference in memory/retention but lion’s mane is one of the only things scientifically proven to boost those aspects. Over months and years I believe I’ll see notable results. Only gripe I have is they’re a bit large compared to pills I’ve taken in the past but as long as you have water you should be fine. Also the larger the pill the higher concentration of supplement so I can’t complain too much. Either way it’s as advertised and the product is proven by science so I’ll take it.

I would highly recommend this Lion’s Mane supplement
I’ve found that my quick twitch, cognitive functions feel sharper and overall mental acuity has improved. Very easy to take, no strange taste. Easily digestible and I noticed results in a few days. This vitamin has good ingredients that I haven’t experienced any other adverse side effects.I’ve added this supplement to my overall regimen and it fit in perfectly with my overall supplement goals. I would highly recommend this product.

I cannot reccoment Lions Mane enough… like ever!
I’m not that guy that believes in every supplement out there being the greatest thing ever… not even close. In fact, I’m usually quite skeptical of most supplements. I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder that completely overwhelmed my nervous system about 7 years ago. Got to a point where I was using a cane every day and was almost in a wheel chair and was only in my early 40s. I was unable to think clearly, memory so bad I couldn’t recognize people in my own family sometimes… lets just say IT WAS BAD and leave it at that. I was on like 14 different medications for a couple of years and seeing only minor improvements, mostly only improvements in the intense pain I had throughout my body. I began researching alternatives to the medications, and reading actual research papers from Johns Hopkins and stuff like that and came across a study about Lions Mane mushrooms in treating Alzheimer’s patients, and how effective it was. What NGF actually means and does, and I decided to try it for myself… It was nothing short of a miracle for me! I began to notice mild improvements within about a week, and in about a month there was fairly dramatic improvement, and over the course of about 6 months I stopped taking all my medications, no longer needed my cane, and have had pretty much a full recovery, and I credit 90% of that to Lions Mane mushroom extract… I’m very passionate about this product. Please believe me when I say, this really is a miracle substance, and not just a gimmick like so many supplements are. I actually think its strange that this stuff has not been hyped up more when its one of the only things I’ve ever found to be truly effective in its claims, and its even backed up by legit scientific studies.

Pleasant and easy to take
It’s early days yet, but here’s hoping these may help with brain fog I’ve noticed since having had COVID in the spring. I talked to my doctor about the latter, and he said that there wasn’t anything known to be effective for it; but a friend, who’s a wellness coach, told me there’s some evidence that Lion’s Mane may promote nervous tissue regeneration, and researching online seems to bear this out. I’ve only just started taking them, and nervous tissue is very slow to regenerate, so it’s hard to tell if they’ll make a difference.I can say that there’s no aroma evident when the bottle is opened, which is a sign that care was taken when the capsules were loaded; and that they’re pleasant and easy to take.I’ve only given these four stars at this point in time, as I don’t yet know how well taking it may help over the course of time.Thank you for reading my review. What’s really in these capsules?
I had hoped that more disclosure about the contents of these pills would be in the delivery and was disappointed. Do your research and compare to the more pricier pills.Based on the lack of transparency, it’s hard to know what part of the mushroom is in these pills, how the mushroom was extracted and what else is in the powder. Based on the light color, I am not certain these are all mushroom contents. I read that the light color may indicate more grain contents. Also, I tasted the powder which I was expecting to be more bitter like a mushroom.Dear seller, please say more so we know what we are buying and consuming!
