It’s the real deal
This is not your typical testosterone supplement. The typical supplement in this category contains B vitamins, zinc, and tribulus tribesterus (which acts only on metabolic steroids, so if you’re not on roids it doesn’t do jack for you). The typical supplement in this category contains nothing that actually boosts your T, or if by perchance it’s included the amount is laughable.The main ingredient in this Rich Piana 5% Nutrition testosterone supplement is longjack (which is also called tongkat ali). That’s a potent T-booster, and they give you a full 600 mg of it. This dosage is widely considered the optimum dosage, and where you find longjack in most T supplements you’re luck if they include more than 30 mg of it.Number two on the list is shilajit. I’ve never seen this before and had to look it up. It appears to boost testosterone where T is low to begin with.Number three is fenugreek. I consume fenugreek capsules plus I cook fenugreek seeds in my rice and in my beans. No testosterone care program is complete without it. You rarely find fenugreek in T supplements. It should always be included.DIM (highly regarded) completes the list where anything is there in substantial amounts (300 mg in this case). Black pepper extract and boron citrate, each at 10 mg, complete the list.

Seems to be a Good Blend
This seems to be a good Test booster blend at first look.- Capsules look medium sized and should be easy to swallow- Price is definitely high, but if the blend works, it might be worth it- Label has GMP stamp but no indication of being 3rd party lab tested (I haven’t seen a COA yet)- I haven’t started taking these just yet. I decided to have my bloods done first; test, free test, and estradiol, and then I’ll have them done again right before the end of the bottle and we’ll see if any measurable increase in testosterone occurred. I’ll update here after that.*One cautionary note*My only cautionary note is regarding the inclusion of BioPerine. If you take ANY other supplements with BioPerine included, be very, very careful you do not exceed 15-20mg of BioPerine a day. There’s been a big bandwagon of supplement makers including BioPerine in their products to “increase absorption.” But this added BioPerine in everything causes a potentially harmful cumulative effect. If everyone puts this in their products, you end up getting far too much daily piperine cumulatively (which should never exceed more than 15-20mg a day). Secondly, BioPerine is *not* necessarily healthy or verified safe; only GRAS (generally recognized as safe). It actually irritates the stomach and destroys gastric epithelial cells, and it’s a potent gut irritant potentially causing gut permeability (there’s your “increased absorption” lol), even in smaller doses. BioPerine also can cause a potentially dangerous increase in calcium concentration. And despite being touted for its ability to increase bioavailability, it actually *reduces* absorption of Beta-carotene and Vitamin E and can cause a loss of potassium. This is really NOT something that should be added to ANY supplements, ever. It should be left up to the consumer to buy and take separately if they want to try it with a given supplement. So if you use any supps with added BioPerine (like these Testosterone Booster capsules), keep a very close eye on your *total daily* BioPerine intake and try to keep it under 20mg a day, if that.That said, I don’t expect I’ll have any problem taking these, but I’m only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I’ll revise my review accordingly.

I can definitely feel the results!
As someone growing older. I have experienced the expected lower production of Testosterone with time. A ridiculous work schedule that precludes effective exercise, I have seen my musculature which was impressive, deteriorate and shrink alarmingly as well as my energy levels plummet. I often scoff at things purported to increase T though my reading seemed to offer strong endorsements for the ingredients this product contains. I had tried to use Longjack powder in my morning shakes, but the taste is just too awful and strong. Coincidently, I use Shilajit, a thick tar-like material fairly regularly, for its many purported benefits. Anyway, I started using these tablets and to my surprise, saw a strong positive reaction that only increased T would account for. I believe the Longjack Tongkat Ali, is the prime mover here. That being said, this is a fairly pricey product at about $2 a day. It might be noted that Shilajit can be extremely. expensive, especially if you opt for the Himalayan sourced one where you can pay $100 for a small container of the goop. Since the Longjack is, I believe the main protagonist here, after I finish this product, I will try taking it by itself in tablet form since I already have an ample supply of the Shilajit ooze. Capsules containing 1200-1600 mg can be found on Amazon for around $8-20 for a 2 month supply! That’s a huge difference vs this. If you want to try the combo of ingredients, including the Shilajit which to my knowledge seems to contain many micro molecules, without needing to buy it separately, yes, by all means, I recommend giving this a try especially if you are older or feel fatigued.

Quality testosterone pills
These testosterone booster pill supplements are great. I definitely felt more energy and strength after the first week of using them. You need to take 4 capsules which is kind of annoying but they’re easy to digest and didn’t cause any stomach problems like some other supplements. I’ve been using them for about 2 weeks and I noticed I’m recovering faster after every workout. I highly recommend!

I’ve taken the whole bottle, a dose daily, and noticed no change in my physiology.That isn’t to say it did nothing – I had some lovely orange urine that was particularly vibrant the first few days, a sign that the supplement does indeed contain DIM – just that it did nothing *useful*. Presumably, my body has deemed my level of testosterone to be wholly adequately regulated and sees no need to heed the prompt for more.Everyone’s body is different, and by the looks of some reviews, most have positive effects. Just be aware that that may not be true for you.Knocking off a star each for two reasons:- 4 capsules per serving is absurd. It’s hard to believe that more concentrated powders aren’t available.- The price is on the high side for a month’s supply of *any* supplement that might not even work. The simple solution to this would be offering a one-time coupon for people to try it and see if they get any benefit.

So, I’ve been taking this Testosterone Booster for approximately 2 weeks. Does it work? Well, I’ve been taking it as described on the bottle , 4 capsules a day. As far as giving me an energy boost, yes. In fact, I think it works a little too well. My energy is so high, I couldn’t sleep at night. Maybe, it was just me, but I found reducing the capsules to 2 a day works best for me.Another change I’ve noticed was my workouts are better. Because my energy is so high. I can have a more intense workout. I also notice that I recover faster. Normally, I would workout 3 days a week before needed a day off to recover. Since I’m not in pain anymore, I added 2 more days.So, in the end, I would say that there have been marginal gains in strength and endurance with no side effects to show for it. I also noticed my hair is growing faster than before. Pretty good test booster.
