Good amount of EPA and DHA
These fish oil capsules arrived quickly in good condition in a very large container containing 120 capsules.I’m currently taking two large capsules per day with a meal. Although the capsules are large I’m easily able to swallow them. I do not detect any type of fishy odor or taste and I’ve not experienced any fishy burps since starting taking these.The fish used for this product are anchovies.There is 2500mg of fish oil in two capsules and 860mg of EPA and 630mg of DHA as well as 200mg of other Omega 3’sI’ve not experienced any negative effects nor digestive upset since starting this supplementI’m quite pleased with this fish oil supplement and at the current price of $29.99 for a 2 month supply I would definitely buy this again.

Good price for 2 month supply, pretty high in EPA/DHA
As someone with blood pressure and cholesterol issues, my doctor told me to take OTC OMEGA 3’s (preferably fish oil capsules). These capsules are fairly typical of fish oil capsules, which is to say that they are fairly large – if you have taken fish oil before these will be pretty much the same size as all of the others you have tried. The serving size is 2 capsules, which is fairly standard although for some brands a serving is 3 capsules. Personally I would prefer to only have to swallow ONE capsule since they are quite large, but I am now used to it. These are pretty high in EPA/DHA (the specific components I need for my particular issues) as you get 1490 mg (combined) of EPA/DHA in a two capsule serving. I have noticed no fishy after taste but I typically don’t anyway. I don’t taste the lemon, but perhaps that is covering up the fish oil and is why I don’t taste it??? In any case, this is a pretty good (good – not great) price for a 2 month supply, especially given the high amount of EPA/DHA the capsules contain. I would suggest doing some research on fish oil if you have never taken it before – there are different components that are good for different things… make sure you get the ‘right’ components and the right dosage for your particular needs. Seems Expensive, But Maybe More Active Ingredient Worth The Price?
I’ve been taking fish oil capsules for over 2 decades. For the last 5+ years I’ve been using Nature’s Bounty brand with 1200mg (dose is one softgel). I’m not unhappy with those, but I’m interested in trying brands new to me that may be an improvement.These capsules promise more of the active ingredients in fish oil. The dosage is 2 gels making this bottle a 2 month supply. I’ve been taking these for a couple of weeks and I don’t notice any difference in my joints or otherwise. I’ve not had my cholesterol checked after starting this fish oil, but last time (as recent times before) it is surprisingly good for someone my weight and age, so I’m not expecting much there.Compared to my old Nature’s Bounty fish oil this is a lot more expensive – 2 months of this product is about what I’d pay for a full year of the old stuff.In my experience so far it’s pretty much just like my old and much less expensive fish oil. I expect to go back when I finish this bottle. I think it’s a fine fish oil product, just a lot more money and a snazzier package than what I had been using. Price is why I’m giving this fish oil product 4 star.

High-concentration Omega-3 supplement
This is a good Omega-3 supplement for heart health. The fish oil is derived from non-GMO anchovies, and seems potent and pure. A serving size of 2 softgels contains 860mg of EPA and 630mg of DHA, which is a high concentration good for heart health. The softgels are large but not difficult to swallow. The lemon flavor is okay. No fishy odor or aftertaste. No fish burps neither.This comes in an opaque plastic bottle with the lid cellophane-wrapped for safety. This is a 60-day supply. The listed ingredients look simple and clean. I like that it is third-party tested for quality. Overall, I like this supplement. High concentration of Omega-3 contents. It seems good for heart health. The price is pretty reasonable for the quality and quantity you’re getting. Good product.

Fish burps incoming
This claims to be a no fish burp product, thats an outright lie, as I had several. The price is “ok” compared to other fish oil products. It is a good blend of omega 3’s. However, this fish oil has a prop 65 cancer warning on it for lead (i’m assuming from the fish?) Would not purchase again between that, the false advertising and the price.

EPA and DHA have been linked to promising results in prevention, weight management, and cognitive function in those with very mild Alzheimer’s disease.” (NIH).Our physician suggested taking a supplement that was high in EPA (“A new study that measured omega-3s in people’s blood found that high levels of EPA were associated with a lower risk of cardiovascular events.”). He mentioned that studies have indicated that EPA might help manage and maintain blood lipid levels within normal range.This supplement actually supplies 860mg of EPA per suggested serving (2 softgels).The product label displays Third Party Tested and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). These aspects demonstrates attention to the integrity and purity of the supplement, and adherence to industry standards and practices. They satisfy my concerns for quality control, assurance.Based on these observations, I feel this is a credible Fish Oil Supplement. 4.5 – 4.75 stars.
