    Not the same as last year.

    Took these last yr with no problem. This time they have a horrible taste. I burp them for hours after taking. To the point to where I’ve thrown up. Bitter taste in my mouth 🤦. Feels like my throat is burning from the cinnamon. 🤔.

    I was taking this to control my blood sugar and it works great. But my blood sugar got to where I couldn’t control it with this alone. They gave me a full refund and didn’t even ask for the product back.

    I usually get nauseous after taking turmeric pills but as long as I take these with a meal, it’s fine. I’m very happy I finally found a healthy turmeric supplement that doesn’t make me nauseous

    Don’t buy if you have stomach issues

    I have acid reflux, which I’ve had since I was kid. This stuff destroyed my stomach lining and I wasn’t even able to return it. With my medication I can eat spicy food. But this stuff is in on a different level. I only took it for a few days and my stomach started to burn like crazy.
