This seems like a decent magnesium supplement overall. I like that it includes several forms of magnesium such as hydroxide, malate, oxide, citrate, and glycinate, and it provides a total of 500 mg. However, the label does not specify how much of each form is included. For example, it could contain much more oxide than malate, which would affect how well it is absorbed and how it works, the hydroxide form is the only one listed as Aquamin as-well.For some reason, this particular blend did not agree with me and caused an immediate stomach gurgling effect shortly after taking it, which is a common side effect with certain forms of magnesium but it is still not pleasant.There are also a few unknowns. There is no mention of third-party testing, and although the label lists a Gusevit domain, the website was not active at the time of this review. It says it is formulated in the USA, but it is not clear where it is actually made. The supplement also comes in a clear plastic bottle, which is unusual since many supplements use darker containers to protect against light exposure.Overall they are not for me, the bottle has GMP marking, gluten free, vegan, soy free, and the serving size is 2 capsules daily, provides 120 capsules (60 day supply).

Not seeing any benefits yet, but will keep going!
Just being honest, but I feel no different after taking these magnesium supplements daily for the past few weeks. I do like that this is a magnesium complex pill — covers all the associated bases — and I appreciate that there’s nearly a 2 month supply in this bottle. It makes me feel like I’m getting a good value.But I haven’t sensed any benefit to my sleep, mental clarity, energy, stress, or any other facet of my well-being. I also don’t feel any worse, so that’s good, and the list of purported benefits of magnesium is long. That being said, I also don’t notice any marked benefit from the vitamin C, D, E, or zinc supplements I take almost daily. I’m hoping that the research is solid and the product is giving me what it says it is — if those are true and real, then I should have lifelong benefits that I don’t feel necessarily on a day to day basis.But I have this nagging concern about supplements from unknown suppliers that provide no independent information on the quality and content of their supplements. I’m putting this stuff in my body that I have no idea if it’s been tested and how good the quality control is. It *seems* fine, but if the product provides no good information on its quality or even the quantity of the various active ingredients, it makes me a little suspicious.

I ordered this magnesium supplement because it includes my favorite forms of magnesium. Magnesium glycinate is great for sleep, and magnesium malate is great for exercise recovery and muscle soreness. This formula has worked well for me, and I have noticed more of an improvement in sleep compared to some other magnesium formulas.I found the capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have an unpleasant aftertaste, which is often an issue with magnesium supplements. They didn’t cause digestive discomfort for me.I highly recommend this magnesium complex supplement to anyone.

New bottle does not work
I bought this product in 2025, but the bottle was white. It worked very well, it kept me asleep all through the night, not muscle cramps, no twitching eye, I loved it. However, the bottle I bought this year is clear and does not work as well. I keep waking up through out the night and my eye twitches.. I tried looking for the white bottle in my previous orders, but the picture is no longer there.

This 5-in-1 Magnesium Complex has worked really well and I love that it combines multiple forms of magnesium (glycinate, citrate, malate, oxide, and Aquamin hydroxide) instead of relying on just one type. I noticed a real difference in my sleep quality. I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer without feeling groggy in the morning and my overall stress levels feel more manageable. Also important is no stomach discomfort, as they have been easy to swallow and gentle on my stomach. And the bottle lasts two months instead of just one, which makes for a better value as well. Overall, a well-rounded magnesium supplement for sleep, muscle support, and general wellness.

Beware, Received a Clearly Opened Bottle!Beware, Received a Clearly Opened Bottle!
I receive this Magnesium Complex 500mg supplement in a bottle that had not tamper resistant collar on the bottle. Not all supplements are rim sealed so I proceeded.The lid needs to be pushed and turned to open but was also unsealed, and as you can see from my close up of the top of the jar (taken as soon as the lid was taken off) this clearly had at one time an inner seal that had been removed and was missing.Product integrity is a non-negotiable for me as it should be for anybody purchasing dietary supplements. I clearly received a bottle that had been returned or tampered with so I cannot in good conscience recommend this product.
