We are trying this supplement to help with distraction and anxiety tendencies. Prior, we have been taking with B vitamins and this one includes the B. So I had to look up information on the SAMe since it also includes a very low dose of that; I had never heard of that. . ..”A dietary supplement without equal, SAMe (s-adenosyl methionine) is a double- duty nutrient that promotes healthy joint function and vital neurotransmitter production” It seems it is a precursor to glutathione which is helpful with brain functions – but I had previously learned that it should not be taken as its own but you should support your body to make it. Anyway, do your research but this seemed like a very good combo of ingredients to me to try together.This is also a 4 month supply! So if it is very helpful you would only need 3 bottles a year. Also you should be able to tell in 4 months if it is helpful or not while only a month supply sometimes is not enough and you’re not sure if you should reorder or not. I have a hard time sleeping through the night. I wake up often and then my mind starts to wonder. Which makes it very hard to fall back to sleep. Small pills, easy to swallow. The label says distributed by Just Potent, so no idea who or where these are manufactured. Just Potent isn’t in the FDA database but they wouldn’t be since they don’t make the pills.

4 month supply, good results
I take small doses of lithium to help with mood, and I wanted to try 5-HTP to see if it would help my mood by supposedly raising serotonin levels. I do feel in better moods, and it took a couple weeks to really see effects. These pills include SAM-e as well, which can help with depression, though I think the science is weaker on that. Time will tell how long the effects last, or if they’re lasting in general, but so far I’m very happy.I appreciate that these are vegetarian, and it’s nice to get a 4 month supply in one order.
