    Boosts My Immunity against Colds!!

    Don’t take my word for it – search it. Well known, highly credentialed MD’s explain that we need to supplement vitamin D during winter months, because we don’t get as much direct sunlight.About a week after I began taking 3 of these daily, my teenaged daughter caught a nasty head cold. Coughing in our space, sneezing, touching everything in the kitchen, etc., like ya do…Normally, late fall early winter I will automatically catch anyone’s cold in my proximity and suffer greatly for two weeks. If I start treating it with zycam lozenges every 3 hours, I am able to shorten that to one week.Sure enough, several days into my daughter’s cold, I felt the usual onset of symptoms that I always experience, without fail, worsening over the course of two days:1) intense fatigue,2) headache3) sinus drainage4) aching, red rimmed eyes5) flaming raw sore throatNormally, on day three I awaken with horrible head congestion, and begin using up whole boxes of kleenex daily.***THIS TIME, on day three I awakened with ZERO SYMPTOMS.     Works ok but haven’t been as pleased with absorption

    I’ve taken D3 for quite a while. I wanted to try Whole Foods for the price point. I haven’t been as impressed with the absorption. If you need more D3 for depression, I’d do a different brand.
